After looking for months for the perfect rug for my home I found this and fell in love and at the price point it was great. Upon receiving it tho I was quickly disappointed. The rug wasn’t as thick as I thought it would be , which I would’ve been ok with but the major problem I had was how it was shipped. It showed up folded in five different directions verses being rolled up like you would expect from a rug delivery. Due to how it was folded and shipped no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get the creases out and for it to lay flat. Believe me I tried everything I could think of including ironing the entire thing with no success. So unfortunately I had to return it. Had it been rolled up instead of folded I probably would’ve kept it despite a few other issues but the trip hazard it created not being able to lay flat was simply too much. I hope the company sees this and is able to resolve that issue for other customers. So now I’m back on the hunt for another rug. ... show more
