I’m really impressed with the Hotel Collection pillows. They’re soft and comfortable while still providing enough support, and they have a nice plush feel without being overly firm. So naturally I was disappointed but after sleeping on it the first night I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been using this pillow for about a week, mostly for sleeping on my side and back. It feels supportive without being too firm, and it keeps its shape well through the night. Do not machine wash

I've had these pillow for a few months now They arrive in compression bags and you have to air them out for a few days to get the right shape Before machine washing them, the fluffiness was perfect. I personally dont like big pillows because they make shoulders hurt. They had good support and I was able to sleep well with them. I was excited because I thought I had a good value for my money. After I washed them, the quality decreased. The shape completely changed; they got really thick and the support was not there anymore. I now use them for bed decor but not to sleep. Although I did receive earlier than expected, I was very disappointed. I opened box and pillows were air sealed which I expected however I left them out for a few days to expand. They barely fluffed. So if you’re looking for a great fluffy pillow to sink into, then this is not that pillow.
