Only bad thing, I took this to an elderly friend for her birthday. Too hot for here to walk around her land in SC. Unfortunately, everybody wanted to ride it. She may get back after birthday party. The scooter they sent didn't work, they made me pay to return it which was $432.80 & wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls from myself or Amazon. They did refund the original price of the scooter but left me out the return shipping of $432.80 & where they were out of stock, once they got the scooter back, they suddenly had 1 in stock again. This scooter is fast, and goes a long time on a charge. Turning radius is not great so plan your turns ahead of time. Fun to drive, hand brake requires you to keep both hands on the handles.
