Love this wheel chair! So easy to charge. So easy to assemble. So easy to break it down to fold into the car. 40 pounds. Big wheels go over a pretty good size bump. Wide enough to accommodate my large hips yet fits through cruise ship doorways. And great power! It was folded and put in the back seat of a convertible and fell out. It got caught in a torrential Mexican downpour in that same convertible. No damages to the function of this chair. I can drive it straight up the airline ramp and they check it at the gate. The PRO is that right out of the box the battery had a full charge and just the foot rest needed to be attached. On level ground the learning curve for the controller was simple. Rolling over items might take some practice but should be no problem. I drove it from a full charge to one green light then put it on the charge, it took 8hrs to complete back to full charge. The CON comes from the inflatable rear tires. One wheel has a slow leak in it and there are no instructions on how to remove and replace/repair it. There is no support information at all for this. I like the wheelchair and the price was perfect but I would hate to send it back because of a flat tire. I contacted the customer service number hoping to speak with someone but there is no one, you must leave a message. I am downgrading the stars to 2 since I have not heard anything from the company, using email as a communication option. The last message stated the flat tire issue would be addressed but so far nothing from them. Now the left tire is losing air and I must put air in both tires every 3 days. I am waiting for my order, from Amazon, that will be delivering 2 new inner tubes. So I will wait before I rate this company company again. Fashion Horton, the company that sold this wheelchair, needs to be reviewed by Amazon. Fashion Horton’s customer service is nonexistent and doesn’t follow up on a customer complaint. I ended up having to buy new inner tubes since the seller would not honor their warranty. The wheelchair itself is nice so buy it from another supplier than Fashion Horton. I contacted Fashion Horton on Oct 5, today is Nov 12, about the defective part but have not received it. DO NOT use this company to buy an item from. ... show more

I have had my wheelchair for a year. So far so good. It’s comfortable, I’ve used it on pavement, loose rocks, grass and it has worked on all terrains. The things I don’t like, it continue to move after it’s switched off. The tires do go flat and I’ve taken to carrying a tire pump with me, just in case. Is very light, around 50 pounds but the seat width is only 15 inches wide, advertised to 18 inches wide. Being the narrow width and me a larger guy, I hang over the left side which adds weight to that side which makes that sides tire bulge like it's half flat. I decided to return it, return shipping is on the buyer, seller says return shipping is $75, but in reality it is $189. I tried contacting the seller, there is no option to talk to a person, just leave a message and the will contact you back within 24 hours. Of course there is no help from Amazon. Upon reading the company's return policy in depth one can easily figure out that you getting you purchase amount refunded. Be careful doing business with this seller! . ... show more

Chair feels too small. I’m a female adult and am 5’7 tall and weigh 215 pounds. I have limited mobility on my left side, partially paralyzed. Chair does not fit at my kitchen table. The arms and legs get in the way. I bought this chair for my dad. However, he complained that he couldn't even take it out of the box. As it was too heavy. When I return it. I had to pay for it $108.00. For 65lbs. Description said 40lbs.
