These are like the ones used in restaurants for dirty dishes, maybe a bit smaller. Come in handy to soak dishes, hold bags from sloshing around in trunk of SUV, and most importantly, for under the sink to hold cleaning supplies. I purchased the Bins to assist my team in passing items for review through a X-Ray Machine at my workplace! The ones previously ordered by the Work Site were almost half the size and bothersome! Depending on how they are handled they can last for a while but it cracks appear the type of material can give you a nasty cut! Treat them right and you can get good use from them! A couple extra Bins may even help since just a couple at a busy Acces point will most certainly be tossed around to keep things moving! ... show more

I cook outdoors several times a week year-round and there are a lot of dirty dishes that happen. Raw meat spatulas, raw meat trays, plates for other food that is going to get grilled, used tongs, used spatula, burger smasher... As I am through with these things, I simply toss them into a genuine busboy tub. When the smoking and grilling is complete, I pick up the tub with all of the dirty tools and carry them indoors. It makes for a neat and orderly cooking area. And it’s just fun to toss dirty things into the tub. My plastic tub is a Rubbermaid that is actually advertised as a busboy tub. I've been looking for a while to find the right container I could use to salt Napa cabbage in for homemade kimchi and this was perfect. I bought the 4.6 gallon tub and was able to fit a quartered 8lb cabbage in it, and could have fit an even larger one if needed. It is big, but I love that it's easier to store than a huge round mixing bowl, it's food safe and cheaper! The only issue I had with this is that mine arrived with big scratches on the inside. Not a huge deal, so I didn't bother returning it, but it would have been nice if it wasn't scratched up. ... show more
