I do not deliver food except to myself so I'm not using it to ride on a bike. This is well insulated and if you turn it on the side and put the pizzas in from the top laying down you can get several large or x-large in there. It does make carrying it a bit odd as the handle is on top and the straps are on the back but just pick it up by the shoulder straps and it works pretty well. It works well as a softside cooler also for a bunch of cans or other drinks with some reusable ice packs. It does not appear waterproof though as it would leak through the zippers so don't fill it up with ice. Put the white plastic panel in the zipper compartment behind the should straps to stiffen up the back, it doesn't really come with an instruction picture to show you where that goes. Its well made and seems sturdy.

I only rated this 4 stars, but because I'm a harsh critic. I do a little gig work, mainly food deliveries in addition to my day job for extra income. This bag has replaced the provided bags from ALL of the gig companies. Edit: After some deliberation, while the bag may not be perfect, at the current price point, it's worth 5 stars overall. I do wish they had a better version despite a higher price point, but this gets it done. Pros: - It's big. - It's stylish, for a delivery bag! - It's versatile--good for bike riders and standard drivers. You can wear this like a backpack while riding, or tighten up the straps and use it like a bag. - It's capable of expanding to hold up to 2 large pizzas + 2-3 desserts or sides. - It has 4 drink carriers, (though I would recommend getting one from the restaurant if you have more than 2 drinks, for the customer's sake.) Cons: - It's not as sturdy as I would like, delivery bags benefit from stiffness. - Drink carriers aren't as large or deep as I would like. - While it keeps the food nice and hot, it could benefit from a bit more thickness for extreme cold temperatures. 4/5 stars, very economical for the price point.

I drive for multiple apps delivery and they each require different sized bags. After over a year with the provided bags that were poor quality, this fit the minimum size for them and qualified as a pizza bag in one. It’s great at keeping food hot. But at least so far doesn’t do much at keeping cool. I love the cup holders on the side. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that it looses shape easily especially if I separate orders in top and bottom with divider tray. I find I can’t just use top compartment without the bag slowly collapsing. That and the smoothie stain my car got when the cup holder popped off a lid. Luckily the smoothie was my own but it bothered me bc I had done everything right even using the adjustable tie down to make sure the cup didn’t move but in the end the easily collapsed cup and my city’s potholes just were no match. As for the claimed pizza capacity that is my main problem small 10-13” pizzas fit great Ang bigger and it’s a no go. Also if I get another order with only one pizza in the bag and it’s anything else there is no stable way to keep everything separate and warm.

Only drawback is that it doesn’t have more support for the sides to stand up even straighter. And the top zipper gets caught on the corner sometimes. OTHER than that, it beats paying double for slightly better quality. This bag is awesome, I have saved time and energy with it! It’s a bit bulkier than a backpack so be prepared to hit a few walls or possibly scrape it. So be careful and you’ll love it!!! Enjoy! I’d buy if I were you. There’s ways to make it more supported. I’m going to buy some double-sided, tape, or Velcro, and put something thin on the inner sides for more support/sturdiness. Most likely won’t take from the space if I stick to the sides. It’s a great bag. I don’t use it for food, but works just the same. Can’t tell you how great it is with ice packs yet as it’s still colder out. But seems to keep cool and heat in depending…

I had to come review this bag after a crazy turn of events. I purchased this bag with the intent of doing grocery delivery and food delivery. I have yet to do so, but it works in a pinch for groceries. It was full of groceries when my car broke down. We were broke down for hours and had to catch a ride back home. No icepacks or anything. I was certain all the food would be spoiled. After close to 5hrs when we made it home, to my surprise the milk was ice cold. The very top food (fruits) were warm, but everything else was cold and held up well. Mind you it was 91⁰F with 68% humidity. It was hot! I absolutely love this bag! If it kept my groceries cold for 5hrs, it'll certainly keep groceries and food deliveries during short transports.
