Item description says "Free Returns". My wife measured inaccurately and this rug is too big. Nothing wrong with the rug. We have been trying for 3 weeks to return this item but Amazon keeps dropping our refund request. Beware. $750 down the drain.

these look pretty and do not bunch up on a carpeted floor . they are a bit thin , but they still stay flat on carpet . that was what we wanted , they move or slide a bit , but a table leg or foot stool fixs that . overall makes the place look homey and warm. we bought a roomsize , a runner and a "accent one" I guess you call it . ... show more

This rug is actually like the pictures on the Amazon site. I love the colors and it works perfectly in my newly painted master bedroom. It's much softer than I remember another braided rug being that we had at our first house. Looking forward to enjoying this rug for many years.
