Just ordered a second one, bought the first in 2020, set it up, set my prints, stashed the keys and have never needed them. Haven’t replaced the batteries, prolly should. I like this safe, it simply works, I test it occasionally and….it simply opens with my print. It does what it should do, keep others out, let’s me in. I had it in a bedside drawer, things accumulated on top, it still opened, a bit sluggishly, but…it opened.
