bought 2 of these one for my wife and myself. Setup is super easy. The fingerprint scanner works fantastic and opens very quickly. Ive used other finger print safes and i usually have to try a couple times before it would open but this one has been great. I found it very affordable and for the price the quality is great.

I couldn't be happier with this gun safe, it is very user friendly; sturdy and great design. It took me less than three minutes to set up, including reading the very easy instructions that it came with. You can set up a code to open the safe and also save up to 30 fingerprints, and obviously has a backup key to unlock too just in case the batteries are dead. I really like the biometric feature, it opens in less than two seconds, very effective in case you need to access wherever is inside quickly. I also placed my finger on the biometric scan upside down and sideways and it recognized my fingerprint immediately. It is very versatile, you can store your pistol or important documents or like I said in the video your favorite snacks that you don't want to share with anyone😉😂. Love the design and the quality of this biometric safe. You can definitely keep in your nightstand drawer or under the bed. In addition, it is very easy to carry with you when you're traveling and can be mounted in the car. In the video I placed two Sig P365 for size reference and I am super happy with the space inside. I highly recommend the ONNAIS Gun Safe!

I will be comparing this too the Vaultek VT20 pistol safe as I now own both. I will start by saying the value of this safe is excellent. It appears well built and I could not find any visible flaws. It came very well packaged. The buttons are large and the biometric feature works very well. I was actually very surprised at how well the fingerprint reader worked to open the safe. I was also pleased it stores up to 20 different finger prints. The inside of the safe is spacious and it is lined with nice padded material. It locks securely and positively and it springs open very well. Let me get down to the comparison; The VT20 was almost exactly twice the cost of this safe. And if I had opted for the biometric version of the Vaultek, the Vaultek would be nearly three times the cost. I can confidently say the Vaultek is better in every way. The Vaultek is nearly twice as heavy, has double walled construction, has internal hinges, and two locks which appear twice as thick as this safe. The padding is thicker and better on the Vaultek, it has rechargeable batteries(this one uses 4 AA batteries which are not included), an internal light, lighted buttons, and an app which helps you change settings and reset the safe in case of tampering. With all of that being said, If you are looking to have a quick access safe which will keep a firearm safe from children at an inexpensive cost then this will do the trick. If you want more features and a more secure safe, AND are willing to spend 2 to 3 times as much, buy a Vaultek.

Programming codes and fingerprints is a breeze, the instructions are clear and straightforward with little to no room for error, the safe itself seems sturdy and durable with plenty of room to fit 3 mags (2 of which are extended) and a compact pistol with a bit of room to spare. The speed at which the safe pops open upon finger print is quick enough where I'm confident in an emergency situation I'll be able to access my firearm when needed with no hassle. The keypad input obviously takes longer but it still really responsive and the fact we can program multiple sets of prints and codes makes it easy to plan for emergencies. My only real issue is the fact the safe runs on 4 AA batteries (which I likely skipped over in product details as I don't recall seeing that listed), but I suppose that's more a personal gripe than anything as even without batteries powering the keypad/print scanner I still have the key which pops the safe really quick. I feel an improvement could be the addition of a solar strip/magnetic charging option to at least power the fingerprint scanner in the even you the batteries run out and you don't have access to the key. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the product and will update in a few months to a year if I have any issues or find any faults. Would recommend though as a entry safe

I really like the quality of this safe. The fingerprint scanner works very well I’ve had another brand that would never work with the scanner, but this one works every time. I like that it has a code and key to open it as well for backups. It’s easy to clip to something solid so it can’t be stolen, and fits nicely under a car seat. The company is very good to work with if you should have a warranty issue. They reply quickly and are very helpful with any issue that might arise. It has excellent quality, especially in this price range.
