We received our package, the double boxing was in poor condition and had been retaped several times. Once opened the griddle went together fairly easy about 45 minutes and works great. Love it. My only issue was that we had several extra parts that don’t fit or go with this kit. I wasn't happy with this order. The product came damaged in some areas. I tried returning it and Amazon did not send a return box like they said they would, so I therefore am stuck with the grill. I bought for my dad and he was able to fix it up and is now using it. He loves it and is addicted to using it so that the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. I honestly would never purchase this product again and I don't suggest you do. For the price the burner heat is great. It's easy to clean and season. Out of all the options in that price point the quality was well worth it. The burner temp isn't strong enough to get a good sear when the grill is loaded, but overall it is a great buy

I must say I read the other reviews and was unsure of purchasing this, but after getting it installing it and putting it together and using it three times I definitely had to leave a review. It is so easy to set up and to use. All you need is your propane tank and you’re ready to go nothing misfire nothing was dented or broke. Everything arrived as expected and this supersede in my expectations of Cooking. It is a four burner riddle flat top and we have been getting much enjoyment out of cooking.     • Warning - Broken Knob - Possibly Weak Alloy

We bought this for cookouts at work. We didn't use it right away. We assembled it and stored it away in our office. The first use, unfortunately was outside of the return window. We were entirely pleased with the size, functionality and portability but in the middle of our event, one of the knobs which control the heat literally dangled loose in my hand. It wasn't from rough use, as there is not need to handle the knobs roughly. As we looked closely at the mechanics, we found that the metal around the knob's column, cracked. I'm not sure what type metal or alloy that it is but in order to fix it, it will have to be welded together. This is a flaw in the way that it is manufactured or a flaw in the alloy itself. Not a good feeling when this happens to something that is not so cheap. Not sure at this point if it will cause a safety hazard or not. Not a happy camper. ... show more

Two things: first the second leg for the grill is up under the actual stone top in its packaging. I unboxed everything except the griddle top and thought I was missing a leg. Second thing, absolutely cure the top before cooking
