I purchased this machine because I wanted a lot of bang for the buck, but it felt like a gamble because of the price point.....But wow! This machine is great! Feels very well made, and comes with great accessories that are also good quality. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and have no complaints. Some of the slides that adjust the pully system may need some WD40 when you first use, but other than that it's great. Putting this thing together took about 5 hours (Completely sober). I can say that if you have ever put together IKEA furniture it's not bad at all, just takes time to do it right. Instructions aren't too bad and the hardware seems study and everything was included. All in all, I can say this machine is exactly what I wanted for the money I spent and a great all in one for a smith machine. ... show more

I love this machine!! For the price point and me not liking the crowded gyms? I'm winning!! Let me start by saying if you're a visual person, it's REALLY easy to assemble. Some people need written instructions or to actually see it done, for those people? I can see it being confusing and these instructions would be difficult. I found it super easy though! I laid out all the parts and threw it up in a little less than 2 hours by myself, from start to finish. It took me about 2 hours to unbox and layout all the parts and clean up, but it made the assembly WAY easier. There weren't any marked pieces, which would've have helped, but since I laid it out first, I could see it. I'm a 5'4 woman, but I do already lift weights and I've already put one similar to this together before though, so I'm sure that helped some. Like others added notes, I saw something that might help. The parts needed for each step are labeled on the parts(see pic). My delivery through FedEx was great too! They delivered it in great condition(I helped unload with a dolly though, the 3 boxes are HEAVY)!! ... show more

Everything went together fine. It's a good value and i use it daily. My only complaint is the plastic bushings that the weight for the cables ride on has a lot of friction, so it is hard pulling but has almost no resistance on any eccentric portion. I plan on replacing that part soon, but everything else is great, it is stable and the smith machine is smooth. ... show more

Loving this thing so far! Smith and pulley's work smoothly. Assembly went well, needed assistance only on a few areas. Only issue is one of the handles was slightly bent in so doesn't glide along rack as smooth as the other, but only I minor inconvenience.     • Easier than a BBQ grill to install
If you have experience putting together a BBQ grill, then you can install this in less than 4 hrs. Highly suggest using an impact drill with 1/4” adapter and a socket, there’s close to 30 nuts that need tightening for pulleys and frame. Pulley system isn’t that complicated, hand tighten all pulleys until cable has been properly installed. Very satisfied with functionality ... show more

Starting with the product it is overall very well built for the price point. After shopping around and comparing manufactures you will find this is about the cheapest route with the amount of features. And by that I don’t mean cheap quality cheap price. These combination machines seem to be very pricy. It is a package deal with a well rounded coverage on attachment. Everything came packaged well and surprisingly for the weight of the boxes nothing was damaged. As for the company and their custom service I’m not sure I ever dealt with a more stand up company. We ordered this machine for a 1 piece of equipment type home gym and it is just that. After getting it all together and going over it. We tried it out and came to realize the pulley system didn’t work great with light weight (15lbs) or less. It had a very slow return and resistance from the weight tree. It might be something that needs to break in but upon contacting customer service they offered replacement parts to try and change out in a very timely and hassle free manner.
