This rack is great for the price. I am able to do enough exercises with this and dumbbells where I was able to end my gym membership. Pros: Smith bar allows me to safely workout without a spotter. The pullup bar has a lot of different options. The cable mechanisms work surprisingly well. The attachable racks for squatting or lifting a traditional barbell are easy to attach and remove. The whole tower is very sturdy. Cons: The instructions aren't the best and if you mess up, you may have to undo a lot of parts. There's no extra hardware, so be careful not to lose a bolt or nut. The cables and posts require a thin layer of silicone grease to slide properly (wasn't in the instuctions). The boxes are surprisingly heavy. This should be common sense, but the combined 3 boxes are about 300 lbs. Tips: There are a ton of parts. Make sure not to lose them. It will also take a lot more time than you'd expect to assemble. Don't be in a rush or you'll have to go back some steps. Assemble it in the room you plan to use it in. It is big and won't fit through doors. Putting the Smith bar in from the side requires a lot.of clearance. Pivot the rack towards a doorway if the room is small until you get past this part. You will need.clearance.on the back to rack plates. You should store plates here to add stability. The pullup bar has texture that caused handpain even though I have a lot of calluses. You may need workout gloves. In order to do seated rows and such, you'll need a lot of space in front of the cage. The included single hand straps suck. Buy better ones.

I haven’t had the machine up very long but so far, i’m impressed. for the price of this machine, you get so much! the quality is good and the assembly is about what you’d expect… took a few days after work to get it all done because i wanted to take my time and make sure i got everything together properly. the only complaint with the instructions is the parts weren’t labeled.. only the hardware was labeled. so that made things rather difficult. i think it was worth the effort and time to put together tho. i only received 3/4 boxes at first but that was not the sellers fault.. fedex missed a box. when i messaged the seller, they started working on getting another one sent out the same day. i’d def buy again!

Don’t let the price fool you, for roughly $700 bucks this smith machine cage is great. The smith machine track and bar are smooth and balanced well with safety hooks that can be adjusted to several heights on the rack. The cables are great and allow for a plethora of several different exercises. The initial attachments the unit comes with are a good start and would work great for a starter or veteran with lifting. Rope attachment, lat pull down bar, straight bar all add to a good workout. Cons: the eccentric movements lag. The weight receivers on the tracks have to be evenly balanced weight wise to run on the track properly. (May be solved by lubricating the track- will test and update this). Overall this machine for the price allows anyone to get a great workout at home. Well worth the price and very happy with my purchase. Chest presses, shoulders, squats, rows ect this machine for the most part can do it all. You can add dip bars and landline attachment if you wish to.

I’ve had this machine for about 2 weeks now. For the money it’s good value but understand it’s not what you will find at a professional Gym. The stack on which the weights sit for the pull bare square. And the movement is not as fluid when you use the pulleys. So the weight is less than what I would use in a gym due to the resistance. They are plastic as well, and I can’t help but imagine metal would have been a better design. I use WD40 frequently to keep lubrication between the plastic and the metal. Also the smith bar portion isn’t set to 1 support bar. Meaning, you could lock in the left side but not have locked in the right. Just have to be very intentional but the movement provides as expected and is much smoother due to the metal support bars instead of plastic Again this is a good product; not great. But for the price I’m happy.

It was easy to assemble and offers all the features of machines that cost twice as much. Even after a winter in an unheated garage, it held up perfectly. Listen, this is a great machine for the price. Building is not too bad, but it does take about 2 hours. The smith bar is perfect (smooth). The two pulley bars are the key. So many more exercises than with just one pulley. Only issue is that the design of the plastic caps on the pole that holds the weight for these pulleys. You need to apply WD 40 to the vertical bars and then it is fantastic. The part bags are a joke without labeling, but pretty easy to figure out. Note: be especially careful on the lengths of screws (they look the same) I’ve been using this machine for 3 weeks. If I had a chance to buy again. I would buy the same one. This is a great machine.

I purchased this machine because I wanted a lot of bang for the buck, but it felt like a gamble because of the price point.....But wow! This machine is great! Feels very well made, and comes with great accessories that are also good quality. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and have no complaints. Some of the slides that adjust the pully system may need some WD40 when you first use, but other than that it's great. Putting this thing together took about 5 hours (Completely sober). I can say that if you have ever put together IKEA furniture it's not bad at all, just takes time to do it right. Instructions aren't too bad and the hardware seems study and everything was included. All in all, I can say this machine is exactly what I wanted for the money I spent and a great all in one for a smith machine.

I love this machine!! For the price point and me not liking the crowded gyms? I'm winning!! Let me start by saying if you're a visual person, it's REALLY easy to assemble. Some people need written instructions or to actually see it done, for those people? I can see it being confusing and these instructions would be difficult. I found it super easy though! I laid out all the parts and threw it up in a little less than 2 hours by myself, from start to finish. It took me about 2 hours to unbox and layout all the parts and clean up, but it made the assembly WAY easier. There weren't any marked pieces, which would've have helped, but since I laid it out first, I could see it. I'm a 5'4 woman, but I do already lift weights and I've already put one similar to this together before though, so I'm sure that helped some. Like others added notes, I saw something that might help. The parts needed for each step are labeled on the parts(see pic). My delivery through FedEx was great too! They delivered it in great condition(I helped unload with a dolly though, the 3 boxes are HEAVY)!!
