Good size for our dealership. Like that there is an interior LED heating light that we don't have to change all the time. The only issue is that the kettle sits way lower than it needs to, makes it hard to scoop popcorn without burning the back of your hand on the kettle. Makes good popcorn!

the machine is defective. The gear on the kettle does not fit in with the other gear to make the kettle spin. It comes out and causes the piece with the gear on it disengage, thus forcing the kettle backward. You cannot use the lever to dump the popcorn. I get stuck in the kettle and burns. It is very dangerous. The return label sent to me was for 7 pounds only. This is a 12 oz. size kettle, the machine weighs at least 45 pounds. I do not want a replacement. I want a label to return it and obtain a credit for my purchase on my payment method used when purchased.

Bought another popcorn machine from Walmart, and extremly cheap, broken, and paid more than I paid for this very great popcorn machine. It has been used very much, I made 60 bags of popcorn in about 1 1/2! Size: It's large, but the height is greater than the width which I love, because it fits perfect in our den counter.
