Here's a shorter version: This ice machine works great and shaves ice perfectly for Icees and snow cones. The included cups and scooper are a nice bonus, and they're dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Just make sure the top is on correctly before using it, or it won't shave the ice. It took me a while to figure out because it was not in the manual. Overall, I'm very happy with it!

Love it! Used several times already! Few tips: definitely use smaller ice pieces so it will break up faster and easier (or use decently melted ice chunks). Also, there isn’t a water drain so simply wipe out with a towel when the water starts to fill a bit inside. Its a bit noisy but its not unbearable especially for a snow cone maker. Easy to use, clean, and put away. Definitely recommend!
