This fireplace is very nice and a great bargain, I love the remote feature and the temperature correction feature on the smart things app. I can set the heater and flame from anywhere I have wi fi and adjust temp, heat, and color from my phone. I can turn it on before I arrive and have a comfortable room waiting for me. The unit is well built and very quiet, I don't hear it when watching TV or setting on the couch. I had an issue with the first one I recieved and thought I could get use to it but after I contacted the seller they shipped a replacement very quickly and I couldn't be happier with the unit or the service. Yes there are more advanced and realistic fireplaces but the cost is twice or higher and this unit is very functional, I really enjoy the ability to control it from anywhere I have my phone handy. I have to say thank you to the seller for being very responsive and easy to work with.

I almost returned this but decided to try it for a few days as any other fireplace I looked at to replace it seemed to have the same problems. Using the remote was a disaster. Sometimes the heater wouldn’t even come on sometimes it would. Ran all afternoon one day wouldn’t even turn on the next. I read a review that mentioned the app and I downloaded it and it solved that problem. Works fine as long as heat is on low. Will only run a very few minutes on high no matter what I have tried. I think the thermostat is wacky as it does not appear to be accurate and climbs fast when room temperature has not changed much. The app does have a setting for variances which may help? I will try that. It is very pretty and lends ambiance to the room and will run on low and put out heat just not enough to be able to stand in front of it and feel the heat a lot. The day it ran on low all afternoon did increase electric usage by about 30% that day. So for heating it is probably not cost effective. For the money it is usable and I will keep it, use the heat sparingly and look at the lovely crystals. Update- I have been using this fireplace for over a month and am pretty happy with it. I still think the thermostat does not accurately gauge room temperature and if using it on high it will turn it off fairly quickly. You can set the desired temperature to a very high number and it will run longer on low and a little longer on high. I am enjoying it.

I can't rave enough about this heater. I have a room that is a converted garage bedroom so it has no heat and air and I was using a couple of different old heaters and my room was always cold. I knew I was getting a good price on this and there was some bad reviews so I wasn't sure how this would work. For the first time ever my room is a consistent temp all the time. Even if I turn it off when I go to work and come home and it is rather cool in there, it will warm up very quickly. The other heaters had to run for hours to get to a decent temp if I turned them off. I can't even say enough about how very beautiful it is!!!! Amazing!!!!! I highly recommend this fireplace heater.

I ordered mine a couple months before I could get my entertainment built. So I never took it out of the box. Once I got everything set up I turned it on and it was making a loud noise then it started smelling like an electrical fire so I turned it off and started to request a replacement. My replacement time had passed on Amazon so I contacted the seller. They were so GREAT! They told me they'd send a replacement. No Hassle for me at all. My new one came and it worked perfectly and I absolutely love it! It heats the room up nicely and looks amazing. Im guessing the first one got hit or dropped during shipping or something. I couldn't figure out how it could've happened because the way they pack this is so well done and secure that the shipping company had to really have shook this thing to mess it up. Regardless the replacement is fine and its great and the customer service was amazing. Deff recommend

I love this fireplace!! I can change the colors easily and my favorite thing is that it I can do everything from my phone!! I have turned it on before I get out of bed and it is already warmer in that room. I also love how safe it is around my grandson (10 months old). He can turn it on, but it turns on without turning on the heat!! I can also lock it so he can’t turn it on or change It.

I picked this screen because of the price and size. It's for a cabinet in my den. came on time and I was surprised how heavy it is. Well packed and no chance of shipping damage. There is a small amount of assembly but easy to do. It fit perfect in my cabinet. The heat was a little hard to figure our but once on it heats up the 120 sq ft room. I wish it had a simple up/down to adjust heat. the remote is not lit up so hard to use in the dark. The flame is ok and goes go 1/3 to 1/2 up the screen. It is very colorful when the rocks are on, and the room lights off. It's very quiet which I like. Overall, I'm enjoying it for the reasons I bought for but a little short on display and remote but ok.
