Coast is really doing it !! I bought an 8 pack of the AAA with the discount for damaged packaging and the arrived without the charging cables. I followed the Amazon link for missing parts and followed the link to contact Coast and Dan listened to my issue and told me that he would immediately get the 2 splitter\connectors sent out to me. I haven't had a customer service representative assist me so satisfyingly ever to my recollection. Great products that deliver excellent features and performance with a solid team executing a stand up product support policy. I'm sure I sound like I'm paid, I'm not but I'm open to offers! Ahem, Coast.. 🤑 So yeah, great company. Battery should be great, Value comes out to less than a penny per charge cycle, can't beat that unless you use a stick and I'm not even sure that stick is gonna be very effective cuz these batteries feel well manufactured, lightweight but solid. These work great! They are also the ONLY true USB-C rechargeable batteries I have found. Meaning they can be charged with a USB-C to USB-C cable and support USB PD so you can use any USB-C cable and power brick!!!

These were hands down the most expensive rechargeable batteries I've ever bought. I was willing to pay more, expecting quality. I could not have been more let down. I charged all the batteries right when I got them. I put two in a digital bathroom scale, weighed myself then, and left it in a cabinet for about a week. Then I tried to use it again, but it wouldn't turn back on. With alkaline batteries, it would go about 6 months. Then a month or two later I try putting 3 batteries into a bike like that takes two batteries. No combination of the 3 "fully charged batteries" would turn the light on. I charged them again and was able to get it to go on, but it still seemed dim. I wish I'd trusted my gut and returned these during the return window. ... show more
