    • It isn’t as kitschy as I expected, in a good way.
The stove is a little noisy. However the ‘flames’ work, if the heater fan is not on, I hear a slight creaking noise, and occasionally a loud pop. The fan noise, which is to be expected, drowns out the noise from the flames when the heater part is running. In spite of this, the ‘flames’ look really nice, and have a dimensional feel. Face it, the reason for buying a heater like this is because one wants the feel of a live fire but cannot have one. One day there will be holographic fireplaces with realistic snaps and pops to go with it, and maybe even a hint of the smell of smoke, but this little stove does nicely for what it is. I am not sure why the smaller unit does not have a remote control. Most of the time I don’t miss it, but it would be a nice addition. ... show more

    • This was the perfect heater for a bedroom or small room puts out alot of heat
This heater workes great to heat my grandsons bedroom and its safe it also works good for night light with the look of a mini fireplace.
