Well the company is a kind of company that makes good on its promises. Had an issue with damage due to shipping, and company sent another unit. I am more then satisfied, and these units are awesome! Live in Florida so we need AC. The machine was easy to install and works perfectly, also has heat what a awesome thing! It uses less energy then our old unit that cools the room even the ones you arent in. So this is a way better plan for us. If u have a room to cool and a free 30 amp spit in your panel this is the machine ! This model does 2 rooms cant say enough!

i bought this 2 zone 24000 btu and another brand 1 zone 18000 btu at the same time installed this 2 zone in my man cave shop works great cools awesome the other in my laundry room install not too difficult you need to put a 2 to 4 inch hole in the wall to run the lines control wire and drain make sure you have it crack the level bubble towards the drain and don't overdo it or you'll have a wet mess on your hands dont forget your pvc line cover kit and mini split wall mount looks cleaner they also have the mini split foundation pads if you want to place on the ground where i live we put 1 in the dirt 6 concrete blocks sandwiched then the 2nd pad on top & condenser unit on top of that and secure it also dont forget your flare locks for the freon lines extra piece of mind basically a copper flared washer that goes on your flared connections look for flareseal starter pack on amazon its about 95 bucks for the pack i paid 200.00 for it at the supply house wish i would have known to look amazon 1st. Get your whip line and 60amp outdoor ac pull disconect proper rated breaker maybe some 10-2 youll be chillin the next day with few regrets especially if you were sitting in a humid hotbox the day before. Im very happy with these purchases! wish i would have did this years ago buy with confidence watch some videos have your cousins friend who used to do hvac help you! now we are one of the cool kids ! LOL

My utility bill was out of control for heating my garage with 2 large electric ceiling heaters. (like 600 a mo for that) so for 700 I bought a 1800btu unit (oversized, my garage only called for 1200-1400) it took me prob 6 hrs solo to install this, pressurized well, had a leak but that was on me in a line not being tight enough. fixed and was ready to rock. its whisper silent which I need, I am a YouTuber and my garage is my studio, I can run it 24/7 without it being picked up on my mics. the controls are a bit "simple" would like some more programming options etc, but otherwise for around what I was paying in one mo of electric, I got this and the bill dropped to around 150 attributed to this.

Our order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately the condenser arrived damaged, We immediately contacted the manufacturer directly! I am not swift on computer so it took me several trys! Amazon helped me and in 2 days the new unit arrived. It was installed yesterday! Works like a charm! Easy pezy, highly recommend this ac unit!

Great price. They didn't replace a damaged unit from Amazon because I didn't open or install it untill after the 30 day return policy. Too bad..I like the product..but customer support did respond, and said there is a warranty on it if it fails.

Highly recommend! I needed a solution to heat and cool our 500 sq.ft. Beach house. We were on a budget so I needed something affordable but reliable. I was nervous as I had not heard of this brand. My HVAC tech had not heard of it either. I took a chance and purchased the dual zone option. This system has truly been amazing and does a wonderful job! Has a remote control which works well for basic functions. The app is where the magic is though. You can really dial in where you want the air flow to be, temp, speed, etc. It really works well for controlling remotely through WiFi. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend! Buy without hesitation. I even got mine on sale which made it even better.
