Initially I was worried about purchasing this product. But after building it and putting it together, it came out very nicely. My order came with all pieces including the igniter, it only needed a battery. My only complaint is the instructions, hence the 4 stars. If you’re not good at solving puzzles or building things, I’m not sure this is the product for you. The instructions are six steps that tell which pieces to assemble, but it does not clarify which screws, nuts, and/or washers to use. If that’s something that you’re okay with tinkering around with, then this outside burner/griddle is well worth the money. ... show more

Product arrived 2 days early in excellent condition. Was very easy to assemble. Stove is sturdy and easy to use. Regulator hose was defective as was the igniter. After contacting Rovsun they refunded my entire purchase price, which i was totally not expecting . I will be purchasing from them again.

Did not work right. I cannot turn on two burners at the same time. One will go out. The gas was on max. The outside right does not light up; only the inert right light up. The ignitor does not work. I like the way it looks but it is junk.

The instructions are not clear, and the pilot ( igniter ) putton is soft, doesn't work. The lid doesn't screw on the stove it screws onto the grill part. Wish the lid screw on the stove so it can be open and close. Besides that it's a nice grill

Compared to many other ones, this one has the side folding tables. I found these two folding tables to be very useful because I can put more condiments and also my stuff that I want to cook. Definitely pay more just to get side tables. Plus you can put everything up and put the windshield in as well. ... show more

Be careful when you assemble it, it's possible to bend the table supports. It's possible those bars came bent, and I was able to bend them back fine. This came with the perfect bag to store the store the stove, legs, wind screen, propane hose, paper towels, and a lighter, silverware etc. We'll be cooking like kings, great for camping or prepping. The hose is lefty tighty, which is opposite of the propane tank, which is weird. Also you only need to open the tank and the hose just barely. I like the product, but one of the plastic switches was broken on arrival. That's how the broken part looks like. There are three plastic switches in the box. However, for the two unbroken ones, one works. So I've been using only one burner so far.
