I bought these headphones for myself. I have a small head and the adult phones are too big, bulky, and heavy. These fit perfectly and the ear pieces are not too bulky. Sound is quite good as well. Now, I just hope these are sturdier than the last 4 sets of headphones I've had and have broken.

Surprisingly decent headphones for kids

I got these because my daughter needed a pair of headphones for school. She likes them quite a bit. The build quality absolutely reasonable for the price. But I made sure to test them out for myself before sending them off with her. For context, I'm not a complete audiophile, but I absolutely can tel
l the difference between low-grade and mid-grade gear (beyond that, some of the improvements get lost on me). I thought they would be terrible, but they are not. The ear cups do a decent job of isolating you from outside noise. The headphones have decent frequency response; though the low-end leaves a bit to be desired. For a pair of kids headphones under $20, you could do much worse. I don't think I'd buy more expensive headphones for a kid anyway. These perfectly fine for my daughter.
