Highly reccomend this fireplace heater! It's very nice looking, realistic for a fake fireplace. Several color flames to choose from, adjustable temperature heat. From no heat on up. Remote control can operate both. Or just use the buttons on the unit. It is plug in with a long cord. We installed in our RV, we'd been using space heaters when our furnace was waiting for a part. We had an unused wall area below our TV and stereo. This was a perfect fit, sticks out less than an inch, allowing for the slide out to come in, we cut out the wall board to recess it like it was designed to. The area behind the wall had plenty of space and we pulled the plug up into the wall and used the same outlet the tv uses. We love it! Great price too! $70 including tax and free delivery.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful! Just what i was looking for. Fits perfectly in our gas fireplace that we have never used. Its bright even during the day. operation lights turns off after a few secs. Love the color changing modes. It revived my fireplace. Im very very satisfied with my purchase. Im glad i picked this unit even if its not an amazon choice. Unit arrived early that expected date of delivery.

Not that great. Connects to wifi really easily and flames look great. The heater sucks though. I will set the thermostat and it only runs for about 5 minutes then kicks off. It seems as if it has a bad thermostat or just poorly made. I have another heater by the same brand and it has the same issue. If all you're using this for is the flame effect, its worth it. As a heater, definitely not.

Bought this item a year ago and still working. Beautiful artificial flames and decent quality heater. Using it in my shop/art studio for heat when working in the studio. Adequately heats the studio that has hit and miss, mostly no insulation in the walls. Keeps the room temperature at around 65 degrees and higher next to the fireplace in the area facing the front of the fireplace. The fireplace is centered in the room. Easy to frame and install if you have tools, lumber and some woodworking skills.

Just got my order 2 days ago and opened it today. Easy out of the box and into my fireplace! Gives off nice heat and it's quiet. I love the color adjustments and remote access. I was on the fence for weeks measuring and looking at many MANY different types. I have a small propane fireplace that I cleaned out leaving me an odd shape to work with. The 23 inch would have fit here but the depth is only a few inches due to the incoming but closed off tubing for propane. This is the 18 inch and it fit like a dream. If you're on the fence just go for it. I'm glad I did. I'll post another review in a month to see how this holds up.
