Here's my mini review on the Shapermint Everyday Empower Convertible Bandeau Bra - basically its a strapless bra. I bought this in black in a 3XL since I'm about a 42D. You just pull it over your head, there is no clasp. It's big, meaning it covers your boobs and goes down to the top of your stomach. It isn't something you would wear under a plunging top. It's elastic and it is very comfortable. I didn't notice it rolling down at all. There are also loops to attach straps which are included. Because it is big, if you are wearing a top or dress with deep armholes the bra will show. Does it give you as much support as a strapless bra with underwire? No but the support is decent and it feels so much better. I find that the underwire on most strapless bras digs into my upper stomach when I'm sitting down. If you need a basic strapless bra that doesn't plunge, this is a good choice. ... show more

I have never owned a strapless bra that works like this. I am a very large, heavy breasted female and I will say I did not have high hopes. However, Shapermint outdid themselves in this bra. It is great material, fits well, and is comfortable. It does not give me super great lift like a regular bra would obviously, but it does a decent job of holding things up and not giving me a weird uniboob shape. I really appreciate that. This is one of the most comfortable bras I've purchased. I love that it can be worn as a bandeau and actually stays in place. As someone who wears a 40DDD, I've never had much luck with strapless bras because they usually slide down, but this one stays put surprisingly well. It comes with two detachable strap options, clear and I chose the black version, which also includes matching black straps. The straps attach securely and don't pop off easily like many other convertible bras I've tried. The fit exceeded my expectations. I often struggle to find bras that fit properly, but this one provides great coverage, smooths nicely under most outfits without creating noticeable lines or lumps, and is incredibly comfortable to wear. I had rotator cuff surgery eight weeks ago and have been going to physical therapy for 5 weeks. I found that I was not able to wear I regular bra, as it was too painful and putting too much pressure on the surgical shoulder. I decided to purchase a strapless bra to get me through the interim period and purchased several different kinds of strapless bras (which, by the way are not inexpensive) and I was not satisfied or happy with any of them. I decided to take a chance and purchase the Shapermint Truekind Strapless Bandeau Bra with adjustable straps. I sized up after reading the reviews because quite a few of them said that this bra ran on the small side and therefore the fit was extremely tight and was very uncomfortable. I have worn this bra quite a few times now and I love it. It stays in place without the straps and gives a really good amount of support. It has molded cups, so " the girls" stay in place, it is soft and very comfortable. I am so impressed with it, that I just ordered two more and the price is at least half the price of what you would pay in a retail store. This is the best strapless bra on the market period the end and coming from me that is huge 45 years old I’ve never found a strapless bra I can actually wear that doesn’t hurt and actually stays up and doesn’t end up around my belly button! I’ve been a 38dd lost 90 lbs and am now a 34C flap jacks if you catch my drift. Deflated ballon’s look better than these puppies this bra opened up my world! It is so comfortable I can sleep in it it stays up all day in 100 degree weather no undergoing sweat it’s breathable it is a god sent for all I got a medium it’s a little too big for me like I said I have flap jacks for boobs so I ordered another one in small and it’s perfect I ordered two more and now sleep in the medium one. They are correct, this doesn't move. Your girls stay in place. I originally ordered a L based on sizing guidelines and decided I preferred to breathe, so ordered an XL instead. I can breathe but the way these fit, I look like a sausage in casing. So if you have any pudge on the side or back, it's making an appearance. I thought maybe it wouldn't show with my cute new romper on that I specifically bought this bra for. Oh no, it shows. So, if you just want your cargo to be stowed, this is perfect.     • 40 years of searching for half bra continues
Once again, Man can make it to the moon, but they cannot make a structurally sound half bra. This is not for large breast women we need support on underneath the breasts and in the back you need to have adjustable closure in the back with support and thicker support underneath the breast this little stretchy material I feel for larger breasts, woman you wear it a couple of times it’s just gonna stretch right out and for the price I’m not willing to take the chance and it doesn’t make the breast sit up and look pretty it just kind of just lay there. Y’all can’t do better than this. A whole company cannot make a better bra than this even the reviews are not good on Amazon,. The reviews on Amazon is like 3.9 you have a whole company why isn’t it five stars that means people are complaining about this thing and you don’t even care to fix it. Love this bra stays in place if you're looking for lift ain't much there but I'm just looking for comfortable and these r nice I'm definitely going to get more cause i have tried diff bra's for years and have not found one till this one cup pads r built in these do give u option to use straps i do not use the straps can't review on how strap feel.. there is one little thing that can be bothering if wareing for long period time the piece that straps hook to can be a little annoying so if i was to change anything is to remove the strap part and they would be perfect and so comfy ... show more
