Top Amazon Reviews

  • Hi end features and power at an excellent price!
Color: Black Style: KULLTER-60V23.4AH
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Performance & Value – Well Worth the Price ( paid 950$ Expect the price to increase MSRP is 1600-2400) I was not paid to write this review, and I rarely write long ones unless I’m genuinely impressed or disappointed. This is my honest experience with the KULLTER electric scooter after 250+ miles of use. 📦 Shipping & Assembly The scooter shipped fast—arrived about a week earlier than expected (from CA to WA). It was well-packaged, and assembly was very simple: pop up the handlebars, adjust the controls, tighten everything, and you’re good to go. As always, I recommend checking all fasteners before your first ride. 🔧 First Ride – Initial Issue (Resolved Myself) The front tire’s valve stem arrived broken, along with a minor scratch on the rim. It couldn’t hold air, so I couldn’t ride it immediately. I contacted the seller, who quickly connected me with their engineer (Steve), and he called me within 12 hours—even with the time difference to China.(I believe it was 2am in China when he called) That said, coordinating a warranty part was slow, so I fixed it myself with a replacement from Amazon and was riding the next day. Compared to another company (Hover-1) where I’ve waited weeks without hearing back(2 months for response on a 30-day return warranty, we are over 3 months into this ordeal with no resolution yet), this response was much better. (Steve is a great representative for the company. If you make the time to talk to Steve he will take the time to make sure your problem is addressed. I have spent many hours talking with him about many products/parts and servicing information and I haven't had any issues beyond my original bad tire yet he has taken the time to give valuable information) ⚡️ Performance – Absolutely savage little scooter, I mean this thing RIPS! I own several scooters (from a kids 90W to 900W dual-motor performance commuter), and this thing is in a different league. Not quit "super/hyper scooter" status but your deffenetly knocking on the door of having that title. At 6'3", 220 lbs, I pulled the throttle and it launched into a mean wheelie leaving a trail of rubber off the front tire when it came down and although I was surprised I was ready for it, but me and the scooter could have went flying in different directions with some pretty good momentum in less than a second if I had been less aware because the torque is no joke. Easily hits 45+ mph on flat ground with my frame, Climbs most inclines effortlessly at 20–25+ mph, 0-35mph it pulls strong and takes no time at all to get there, somewhere between 35-40 you get a little jolt/power boost you can feel kick in but it takes a little distance to get to 40mph and beyond on flat ground. (I've managed 53 and it was still pulling when I let off, felt surprisingly stable still) Highly customizable power settings (P-codes) Super stable at speed, and rides smooth even on rough surfaces This scooter is not just fast—it feels well-planted and confident the notched steering center helps at high speed. 🔋 Battery & Range I've ridden 100 miles across 3 full charges, usually keeping the battery between 30–90% for longevity. Range is accurate: 25–30+ miles per charge under real-world, aggressive riding and many more if you switch to eco and keep lower speeds. Voltage sag (3–6V under load) suggests standard lithium cells—not LG/Samsung—but it balances normally and quickly. Use smart charging habits (don’t run it below 30%, charge to ~90%) to help extend battery life. 🛠 Preferred P-Settings for Balanced Power/Longevity: P7 (Start Strength/torque from stop): 2 — smooth but still strong acceleration less voltage sag (still spins the tires but lessens sag by 25-30%) P8 (Max Output/top speed/top end acceleration): 95% — nearly full power, less voltage sag (good to 35mph+) P9 (Battery Saver/torque at all speeds): 1or2 — reduces sag ~25–35%, minimal effect on performance under normal riding conditions but limits acceleration some when accelerated from stop at low speeds or inclines (2 gives you more wheel spin at low speed but can be countered with P7 settings) These combos give strong performance while extending range and easing strain on the battery and other components. 🏁 Ride Quality & Brakes Suspension is great—gas shocks feel just right out of the box. Not too soft or stiff, not much bounce on rough roads but deffenetly not an off road suspension. Perfect for a rider in the 160-180lbs range, a little on the soft side and I have bottomed out the front a few times now, but it took a pretty good force to do so. Deffenetly not an off road suspension, it can do it but performs better over bumps than ruff surfaces. Braking: Comes with e-ABS and regenerative braking. I recommend turning e-ABS off and setting regen to level 2 or 3 for smoother stops. Regen braking on high: Very strong—slow down fast. Great safety feature but takes getting used to. Disc brakes: Strong, responsive, but slight fade on long descents if used independently. 🎮 Controls & Throttle I’m not usually a fan of trigger throttles, but this one is excellent—smooth, accurate, and no dead zones. Throttle modulation is easy and precise, even with a square wave controller. Almost feels like sine wave performance! (This can also be upgraded to an EY3 full color throttle control is backwards compatible with the controller. But does take some disassembling to run the wires correctly back from the controller but is essentially plug and play) The handle height is good for me at 6'3" but short enough that it can accommodate most riders although the deck sits up pretty high which could be a challenge to get used to for shorter riders. 💡 Lighting & Extras Nice stem lighting (color-changing, pulsing, etc.), great for visibility in low light and style. Controlled via remote only—no handlebar control, which would be a nice future improvement. Remote works, but range to the sensor inside the stem lighting can be picky. Also has a 2 stage brake light that activates the flashers on the rear turn indicators when stopping, although it does not have front turn indicators it does have two rear indicators activated by a controll on the handlebars. It has two front mounted forward facing lights in the deck but do not do much for forward visibility and the headlight is mounted low on the stem so the throw on this is also not the best although the light is fairly bright. 👍 Final Verdict: At under $1,050(prices are increasing), this scooter offers insane value. Performance, features, customization, and build quality that rivals models costing hundreds (or possibly thousands) more. ✅ Would I buy it again? Absolutely. ✅ Would I recommend it? Without hesitation. ⚠️ Safety Reminder: This scooter is very powerful. Please always wear proper safety gear and ride responsibly. Accidents at any speed especially above 20+ mph can be very serious, no matter what you’re riding so stay safe out there! Hope this review helps! I’ll continue to update as I get more miles logged. The biggest flaw in the design is there are no quick disconnects on the motors, so although this scooter is highly repairable to disconnect the motors appears (pretty certain) would take complete disasembley of the scooter, we are not talking just accessing the battery/controller compartment inside the deck, I'm talking complete disasembley to access the wiring gutters for what could be simple maintenance, changing tires and brake rotors ect. The only thing protecting the motor wires is a spring and a rubber nut cap which can easily get knocked off so in the event of a slide or crash or if the scooter falls hard this will not protect your wiring well where it comes through shaft. I plan to possibly add a quick disconnect in the motor wiring front/rear and possible try to figure a way to better protect the wiring with adding a guard or keeper on the existing nut cap to make less vulnerable. I've actually seen one of these scooters that has been absolutely trashed on and it did amazingly well. It is not water proof and the silicone gasket on the deck is not a perfect water tight seal. The cable routing penetrations can also let water into the deck. If you plan on riding this in any kind of wet conditions I would highly recommend doing some waterproofing with some clear rtv silicone sealant especially the front of the deck. The thrashed unit was finally killed by getting to wet and muddy. Frying the controller once the deck got too much water inside. Please let me know if you found this review helpful and I will continue to update. ... show more

  • Platinum scooter and customer support
Color: Black Style: KULLTER-60V23.4AH
I have three scooters in my fleet that I use for commuting a minimum of 22 miles a day, rain or shine. I started my escooter journey with the NIU KQI3 Max, followed by the Inmotion Climber when I realized that the steep hills around me couldn't be traversed with the NIU, and ending with this gem - the Rovoron Kullter. Before getting the Kullter, I did my homework. i spent hours upon hours reading Reddit posts and watching YouTube videos. I was looking for structural integrity, build quality, long term satisfaction of ownership and capability in the way of speed and range. The Kullter checked all boxes. The Scooter: I purchased the Kullter based primarily on the battery size which allows for over 35 miles of REAL WORLD / REAL SPEED riding without a recharge (neither of my other scooters come close and believe me, don't rely on manufacturer claims of range. You'll be lucky to get 65% of the claimed range, usually). The second reason for my purchase of the Kullter was the price and features. Hands down.. if you seek $ value, the Rovoron Kullter offers it in spades. The unit is built like a tank. The suspension is wonderful and the motors are powerful. Real world 45mph with a 240 lbs driver is no problem. The scooter is solid and stable at speed with no wobble. The Manufacturer and Customer Service: The manufacturers of the Rovoron Kullter is based in China. Believe me, this is not Chinese junk. This manufacturer has been making escooters and PEVs for decades. They are not a fly by night outfit and they stand behind their product with phenomenal customer service. I had an issue with a turn signal light. I sent a message to the seller and I got a contact from Steve, the after purchase customer service representative for the manufacturer. During our WhatsApp video call, he diagnosed the problem and sent me videos on how to remedy the issue. Yes, Steve is fluent in English and well tuned to the needs of customers. He desires long term relationships and brand loyalty. With me.. he earned both. A first rate representative, an excellent manufacturer and committed seller. To get a scooter like the Kullter Rovoron with comparable specs, you will spend more than $1500+ with other manufacturers like Dualtron and Vsett, and you will never get the customer care of Steve. Happy Riding! Wear your helmet and consider armor for your knees and elbows. ... show more

Color: Black Style: KULLTER-60V23.4AH
I would not recommend this product. I purchased on December 16, 2024, received on December 31, 2024. SInce I opened the box, the scooter made a strange noise when starting. I contacted customer support and they onstructed me to watch videos which I did, still did not solve the problem. I have a neighbor that had purchased the same one and his DOES NOT make the noise. There are 2 motors, front and back. The front one has never engaged, the rear one does. Again, I contacted customer/seller support. I did talk with "Steve" in China a couple of times, but the 15 hour time difference never seems to connect very well, getting cut off and still unable to fix. I have complained to Amazon, but no relief in site. Now I am looking for an e scooter shop to take it into. SInce having this scooter, I have ridden maybe 6 times as I am afriad to ruin it and when I start it is almost out of control with the back wheels locking. ... show more
