Nice sturdy chairs. They are very comfortable. The instructions are a little difficult to follow. I purchased 4 of them so after I put together the first one I figured it out. Tip : use a multi bit srewdriver with a Allen key attachment it makes the assembly a lot easier.

Took about 15 min to put together. Really easy! and I'm 5'3 and 105 lbs women. Beautiful chairs. Great quality! High recommend! Note: we bought these to go with the table to have ectra chairs. No mess up on either chairs.

    • The seats are hard
I purchased two sets of these chairs to go around a round dining/game table bought elsewhere. They coordinate very well with the table and I'm very pleased with how they look; however, I guess I shouldn't have assumed that padded, upholstered chairs would be more comfortable to sit on than hard wood chairs, but I was wrong. These chairs are very hard and do not provide a "padded" feel at all. I am happy with the overall look so am keeping them. We did have a problem with one of the chair backs as it was missing the metal piece that accepts the screws for assembling them but contacted the company and they responded immediately by sending another chair back so we were pleased with the attention to our problem and cannot complain with their response. We bought 6 of them. They are our official dinning room's chairs, not used often, maybe 6 times total so far. Suddenly a chair's leg broke. Our guest almost fell down. My husband checked all other chairs, and all the screws got loose in many of them. There is no contact with the seller, no phone number, no email, no QAs. (despite they invite you to contact them). On Amazon they have a tab: "Get product support". Such thing does NOT exist. It takes you straight to their website which SELLS ONLY. No Contact at all. We couldn't be happier with our well built sturdy attractive chairs . I did not assemble them but it took a bit of time for my son so I just gave it a four star review .it didn't look too complicated . In any case we are very happy with these chairs.
