Love these!
Color: Pink
These barstools are so easy to put together. I ordered them in the color “pink” but beware that they’re more like mauve. They’re functional and comfortable.

Waiting on customer support
Color: Blue
UPDATE: I heard back from customer service but it’s a lengthy return process. Sigh. I ordered two sets of these totaling 4. One box arrived with both barstools damaged. Both stools had multiple box cuts on the back of the stools. In the same spot too. The cuts were so bad, but there were no cuts to the outside of the box so we’re thinking the boxes were repackaged before being shipped out. Either way, all I wanted was a replacement. Needless to say it’s impossible to get a hold of someone. Im emailed and called their Ohio location multiple times and on multiple days. I eventually returned them via amazon for a refund since that’s the only option. But then when I proceeded to buy another pair the price went up. Not happy about that because I feel like I should get the replacement at the same honored price that I paid for the first damaged pair. Im determining rather I want to return the second pair or wait until the price drops again. About the quality. They’re just okay. The seat itself if comfortable but the base is very light. My daughter tips the chair almost every time she gets on and off because it’s so light. Even I have to lower the stool first to sit because it’s just not sturdy. They are very beautiful but the seat also goes down little by little when sitting on one of them. Lastly, although it’s screwed on tightly the long part that connects the gas chamber to the base is wobbly on one of them which is concerning. Im not sure these will last very long and with the terrible / non existing customer— Im worried.
