Bought this couch to replace two mismatched recliners and it’s worth the investment. Very comfortable and very easy to slide the back pieces into position. Reclines nicely, almost completely flat when fully reclined. The center console is perfect. The cord for the USB and outlets is not very long, but I bought a heavy duty extension cord to make it work. The thing I want to mention most is: this is NOT taupe in any way. These pics are after 35 days of sitting! Cushion material is absolutely smashed. Also, a terrible creaking noise when you sit on the left side. I Contacted RoundHill immediately. They seemed eager to help, then ghosted me. I got Amazon involved. We were on a 3-way call. After Amazon rep left us to it, the RoundHill rep said there is no record of the sale and hung up. After 4 more attempts, we gave up (which is what they wanted) Most expensive couch we ever bought, and we're stuck. 30-day warranty is a joke. You can't know of defects in just 30 days on a piece of furniture like this ... show more

I like the sofa. However, it did not come with the cup holders, any paperwork or warranty card. Also, the right side recliner is hitting on something and bangs loudly when you put the footrest down.

Wood is split underneath screws just fell out. How do you re-screw them back into severely split wood… u can’t! They are just falling back out. Broken screw heads all over. And a rip in one of the inside panels. What a complete waste of $$$
