Description

This double cardan style CV driveshaft is necessary for JK models equipped with 3.5" - 6" short arm suspension lifts or 2.5" - 6" long arm suspension lifts. It features a replacement flange for the differential pinions as opposed to using an adapter flange. These flanges are machined from solid billet steel. They are designed to accept standard "off the shelf" mating flanges. If these flanges ever break, you at least stand a chance of getting a replacement part from almost any drive line shop. This also nets a longer drive shaft with the center of the universal joint closer to the pinion bearing.

I was hesitant but gave this driveshaft a shot after the positive reviews. My mistake. Works great for the highway, but only got me three quarters of the way through a trail before the axle side joint shattered and bent the ears of the driveshaft to the point I could not trail repair and spent the rest of the day limping off the trail. Only consider this driveshaft if you mall crawl or like fire roads and overlanding. ... show more

It arrive all messed up. The box was to big and was retaped shut. Overal this thing looked used and or abused. Grease cap cover was off and down the barrel.
