NP263XHD OEM Quality Transfer Case. Remanufactured Bulldog Tough by The Gear Shop! This is the NP1 unit that fits GM trucks 01-07 with 6.6 & 8.1L and Allison transmission. This unit comes with new upgraded, heavy duty aluminum rear case to eliminate the common "pump rub" issue. This unit has been remanufactured by The Gear Shop in the USA to exceed OEM standards. This product is covered against manufacturer defects for 18 months. This transfer case is being sold on an exchange basis. Product protection coverage does NOT begin until we have received your old transfer case as the core exchange. The Gear Shop pays for the core return with a supplied label to use. We are available to answer any questions about the core return process that you may have.

    • Great Transfer case, but buy the breather elbow just in case.
Plastic breather elbow was broken off when I opened the case, couldn't find it anywhere in the case either to glue it back together. Other than that good case.

I bought a transfer case from these guys a few years ago, 150,000 miles later it’s still working perfectly so I didn’t hesitate to buy another transfer case for one of my other vehicles(2003 Chevy 2500HD). Both times the transfer case came sooner than expected and was in perfect condition. It comes in a large black case that you use to return your core.
