    • Put new part on because arm was broke
Put new intake manifold on because the arm was broke after replacing engine light is still on with code P2070 for intake valve stuck open idk if that part was faulty or what but GM said I need to replace whole manifold again. Other than that part fit and arrived on time.

    • Very good price. Fixing common issue...
Great value for the same original part. Dealership wants $570 for the same part. I got it for Sonic 1.8l. It is a common problem when the intake tuning arm snaps and there is no parts except changing the intake manifold. Changing it on the Sonic was tricky! The intake has to come out from underneath the vehicle... you will have to remove: exhaust pipe, passenger CV axle, alternator, starter, and transmission mount. From the top: unplug and disconnect everything with the intake manifold. Unscrew the manifold from the engine. Pull from under the car. Install the new one in reverse order... ATF will leak out when you pull the cv axle. Be prepared. It took me about 4.3 hours but I am slow and it was my first. Car seems to run stronger after changing it. Maybe placebo or maybe the new injectors. ... show more
