Well made and fairly straight forward to install. The attachment design provides for many options to get a great fit. As for water tightness, I had the truck outside and we had a torrential downpour that lasted about a half hour with on and off blowing winds. After the rain, I checked the bed and there was very little water in the bed closest to the bulkhead, which evaporated over night. Perhaps with more adjustment I could have mitigated this, but I have no issue with how well it did with such a heavy downpour. I purchased this cover for my truck. Because it looked like a very well built product. Me and my wife installed the cover in about an hour. Installed pretty easy. Did need to make some adjustments to the latches. It was more of a pain than difficult. Once those were adjusted the cover fit very well. We will see how water proof it is. Again, very nice product and pretty easy install. Update: Poored last night. Just some minor dripping at the tailgate. Looks like one more adjustment will seal it. ... show more

    • ROUGH COUNTRY BED COVER LEAKS!
The bed cover looks great on my 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel. The construction of the bed cover is substantial. It locks and unlocks as advertised. It has already positively impacted my gas mileage by reducing drag. The bed cover performs well in the car wash and offers great security for items you may leave in the bed. Unfortunately, the cover leaks badly even after a considerable number of adjustments. The rear rubber/plastic seal doesn't cover the top of the tailgate. When I adjusted the entire cover back as far as it can go without stopping the tailgate from closing, the front bed cover rubber seal isn't wide enough to fall below the front bed bulkhead, which makes the front rubber seal sit on top of the light-weight, inadequate, foam gasket that sits on top of the front bed bulkhead. Also, water is getting into the bed on both sides of the length of the bed even with the rubber seals properly deployed (laying flush with the top of the bed) and water drains properly installed. I've also found a considerable amount of aluminum shavings on the bed floor after cycling the cover open and closed many times. I'm one week into making adjustments. I'm through making adjustments. I'm just going to live with the leaking. Product is too heavy/bulky to try to return. Based on the performance of the Rough Country bed cover, It is over-priced. If customers are going to have to live with leaks and less than proper fit, the price and advertisements should reflect these shortcomings. One could possibly buy a lower priced none-brand-name hard rolling bed cover and get similar performance. However, there may be differences in warranty and items included. ... show more
