Really easy and hassle free to put together. Very sturdy and excellent quality. Nobody is going to be breaking into that thing! The only thing I have bad to say is the rear seal on the tailgate is hard to get it to work when closing the tailgate. I am going to give them a call when I get a chance and see what they say about it. The only water I can tell that is getting in is from the tailgate area but not much. 2020 Ford F-150 Crew Cab. Product arrived very well packaged. I did find two small dings on the forward most panel upon inspection. My truck has a Ford drop in bed liner, which had some interference fits with the bed cover, despite the Rough Country advisor telling me different. That required me to trim some of the bed liner at the two front corners to allow the side rails to slide far enough forward to the bulkhead. This took about an hour extra. I can't imagine how simple this would be to install with a spray in bed liner or with no liner. Attaching the side rails was a piece of cake, as was the bed cover it self. It fits perfectly to the truck bed. Drain tubes are a little dinky, and the foam weatherstripping that was supplied for the top of the bulkhead was six inches too short. Took me about 2.5 hours total, most of the extra time due to modifying the drop in bed liner. At this point, I would recommend this product to a friend or family member. ... show more

First the very good. I like the profile, and the sturdiness (weight). It was fairly easy to assemble, except getting it aligned seems to be a fools errand. It seems to move each time I open and close the cover all the way. (I will need to check again on how much to torque down the front). However, that means it's very easy to adjust when closed to make sure that the cover drops into place. I don't like the design of the tailgate seal. You need to close the gate first in order to get the best sealing. I'd be afraid of damaging the seal if I close the tailgate after dropping the final panel. That seal should be a D-seal. I also don't like the flimsy rubber drain tubes that crimp too easily. We had a big rainstorm yesterday (about 2") and the bed was dry, except for under the drain tubes where it overflowed due to the tubes being crimped. On my 2017 F-150, the drain hole is about even with the bottom of the drain fitting. I picked up some 3/8" elbow connectors, which I installed after the rainstorm and will see if it performs better. (picture shows the water leakage prior to installing the elbow). These elbows should be included in the kit, as they are really inexpensive, so that we don't have to buy a large set of them! ... show more

So far has been great. Had to trim my inner liner to fit. Once installed, I tested the opening and closing and had to adjust it a bit because it was too much on one side.

I have had several truck tonneau covers, and this one is pretty good. It was easy to install, looks good, and sits flush. A few cons are that it is a bit loud, rattles more than others. One of my clamps came unthreaded. I called customer service, and they were great. They emailed me right away to get proof of purchase and what I needed, but I have not heard anything since I emailed them. I hate having to follow up with an issue multiple times. ... show more

Fit perfectly after we cut the liner. Was not the easiest thing to install but we finally got it. Seems to be good quality and like the security of the back being locked. Do not know about the water resistant truck is garaged.

It looks great on the back of my 2020 F-150. It would have been a quick install, but I have a factory bed liner that I had to pull out to get to the plastic plugs to run the drains through in the back. If it wasn't for that little problem, I could have installed it in 30 min. I bought the wheel well liners from Rough Country and like them, so I decided to get their cover too. I bought the one that will completely flip up out the way to use the whole truck bed. It's easy to flip up and stays secure. I checked the bracket after several days of driving and they are still secure. I took the hose and sprayed water all over the seams and the only place I noticed some leakage was to a gap in the factory bed liner on the corner. I'm going to get some additional weather stripping and fix that problem. It give the bed a clean smooth look. ... show more
