Do not buy Rosle products - please read

I purchased the pizza wheel in Oct 2024. While washing it, the plastic around the top broke. A warranty claim was initiated with Rosle USA around November 2025. They asked for pictures and I immediately provided. They said a replacement unit is out of stock and offered 50% off a new one instead. I respectfully declined and asked for a replacement when it’s in stock. It’s late January and I’ve followed up over 10 times if it’s in stock. They are no longer replying. Rosle should really learn that a warranty claim requires a refund or replacement. In one email they stated that they cannot refund since purchased from Amazon. That’s not true. I recommend staying away from all Rosle products. There’s no support and US warranty claims are being ignored. Hoping someone takes notice and brings an action against them. Pizza wheel isn’t expensive but knowing that a company is ignoring US warranty laws is concerning. ... show more

This is the best pizza wheel ever

This is the best pizza wheel ever. I saw it in use in a restaurant and asked them to give me the brand name and information. When you think it's difficult to clean, you'll need to open the case so you can take the blade out and clean it separately. Then you'll realize it wasn't so hard to clean. Cuts everything easily, and most importantly, does a good job of cutting all the way through the product without grabbing or tearing it. ... show more

Great pizza cutter!

I definitely think its over priced, but its still a decent product. I even threw a pizza party so I could show it off ;) Pros: Very impressive looking.. very different from any other cutter out there. Easy to open and clean the blade Cons: About $10 more than its actually worth. The handle looks like chrome metal in the pictures (which would have been awesome!) but its actually chrome plastic.. made it feel cheap in your hands. I also lost the blade cover within 2 weeks. Its also easy to lose the little nut that you turn to open it up and take out the blade. Once that tiny little piece is lost, I don't think its useable. Hopefully the company can send you one for cheap! It still does a good job and love it just for the wow factor. Just wish it was a metal handle! ... show more

I make pizza at home at least every ten days or so and in a former life worked in a pizza place. This is hands down my favorite pizza cutter and I've tried many. Sharp, precise, easy to use--recommended!

Awesome, But First One Broke

This is an awesome pizza cutter (received as a gift - pitches through Amazon), but the first one broke (the hinge) after 4-5 uses (hand washed only). It's super sharp (as in 'you could cut yourself sharp), and I've been so happy with this that I bought another. The only cons are as follows: 1: It's designed for easy cleaning, but it's still hard to clean due to the interior 'webbing' 2: the hinge broke after 4-5 uses (always hand washed) 3: Rosle offers a 10-year warranty, yet provides no information on how to file a claim. Form over function

Definitely attractive but not worth it in the long run. It's not very comfortable. It's messy when used to cut deeper, homemade pizzas. It's difficult to pull apart for cleaning (always hand wash). After only a handful of uses, the lock / latch fell off. Unfortunately I didn't notice until it was too late -- when I was running the garbage disposal. I own many Rosle items in our kitchen. When it was time to replace a pizza cutter I was happy to find this option made by Rosle. As you would expect, it is heavy duty and very well made.
