I love this boxing bag! Instructions were simple to follow for set up AND included the tools (so don't bother telling your boyfriend to bring some over). I bought 3- 50lb bags of sand from home depot to fill the bottom. I thought I could get away with only 2 but a few punches told me I needed the last bag, it didn't all fit but I filled it to the brim! I used a decent funnel and little garden spade to fill the base along with some patience and a tarp because sand still gets everywhere! After that, the stability is great, as you can see this is currently being used on carpet in my apartment. I love that it came with suction cups so I can anchor it that way on the concrete at the new place when I move. Boxing bag is stiff at first so I do recommend before attaching it to jump on it, walk on it & beat it up a little on the floor to help soften it a bit before installing that last step. Came with the added bonus pair of boxing gloves, which I have not tried yet as I prefer a pair I already owned but is a nice touch for others who may not. If you're a shorty like me, do take care when doing leg kicks to get the height you need to hit the bag. The pole beneath is slightly padded but just some cautionary advice. Great value & quality for the price, beats paying the gym fees! 10/10 recommend

The gloves are not the same quality as a name brand such as Everlast. They are lighter and made from thinner materials. They do work fine. I tried to fill the base with sand, no go. The sand was moist so there is no easy way to get it into the fill hole. Getting it back out would be impossible. I ended up using water to fill the base. I will buy a hot water tank drain pain to put under the base in case of leaks. So far, it works good. The bag section has good padding, is heavy and solid, and feels good when striking it. The base is somewhat stable, I could add more water. My son likes it and so do I. I would most likely recommend to friends and family. Assembly was pretty straight forward. I know people complained about the manual, but I found it an easy job using the supplied tools.

The media could not be loaded. AMAZING PRODUCT!!! Took me less than 15 minutes to assemble and is high quality. Even with no filler in the bottom for extra weight it was shockingly stable because of the suction cups. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, this punching bag is worth the money. The glove quality is good to, my only issue is that they were slightly too big for my hands.

This punching bag is incredibly well-built and durable, with excellent stability. I opted to fill it with sand, which provides solid support and can take some good hits. It’s a standing punching bag not a hanging one. So, it’s important to note that it’s not designed to stay upright no matter what. It is ideal for practicing your technique and combos with moderate intensity. I’ve seen some complaints about a plastic smell, but I didn’t experience that. The base did have a slight plastic scent when I first unboxed it, but it faded quickly and hasn’t been an issue since. For those concerned about the cap, mine was included in a separate bag with the other tools. It wasn’t pre-attached to the base, but this isn’t a problem. The bag is firm, offering great resistance for both kicks and boxing combos, and it’s relatively quiet during use. The stability is impressive. It comes with the base, springs, suction cups, black branded gloves, and hand wraps. I didn’t receive the hand wraps, but their customer support was incredibly responsive and quickly helped me. Overall, I’m really happy with this punching bag. It’s great for honing technique and enjoying a solid workout!

This is a nice bag. Once you fill the base up with water it’s not going anywhere. The suction cups are not going to be enough to hold it down. I guess I should say in my case to the concrete floor in my garage. On another type of floor, they may work very well. My son was using it and the plastic plate between the spring mounts and the tank on the bottom cracked. Fortunately, I had a friend make me another plate out of aluminum, and I am still using the punching bag today. I did have trouble trying to find some form of customer service when trying to find out about getting this part ordered or replaced. That’s why I only gave it three stars.
