I forgot to update. I did get a refund bc it started dying, getting soft. I dug her up and broke the soil off completely and there were 0 roots. Not even a trace. They're not rooted yet? Clippings stuck in soil. Oh well. I was able to clip some and stick in fish tank water. We shall see Some heat damage to the leaves are expected here in Florida during transit. She's beautiful. I let her settle and put her in a 6 inch pot with some banana water. Thank you. I believe I need to take a break on buying more from you guys.... maybe. Happy planting

It was a gift from my daughter as a gift for Mother's Day, but the packaging was sloppy, and the plant itself arrived completely crushed. For some reason, the soil was so wet that the roots were so heavy that they couldn't breathe at all, and the plant arrives completely bent, crushed, and collapsed. If it wasn't for my daughter's gift, I'd clean it up right away. This is such a waste of money.

Order from rooted. PERIOD. Their customer service is top notch and they know what they’re doing. This is my 5th plant purchased from them. 1/5 arrived damaged and they replaced it immediately. They all arrived with no wilt, brown spots or yellow spots. They didn’t look any worse for wear and appeared happy. Excellent company to do business with.

I've ordered Rooted plants directly from their website, but this was my first purchase through Amazon. I was pleased with the quality of the plant I received. There were a couple of bent leaves at the bottom of my plant, but overall it came it great condition and was easy to trim up.

Update! Second photo is currently how it’s doing! 100% thriving. :) I accidentally broke one of the roots the other day but I thankfully recovered it. Such a great quality plant. Will be purchasing another one soon!! This plant is so gorgeous in person. This is the condition of it right out of the box(planter I purchased separate). The packaging is great. Keeps the plant protected and secured. I’ll update in a couple weeks on how it’s doing.

It was just delivered yesterday and it came very well packaged to avoid damage to the plant. It looks very healthy and i love the colors. I can't say anything about how it's going to thrive only because i haven't had it long enough, but from what i see so far i would definitely buy from here again and recommend them to others. Delivery was very prompt. Update: I would highly recommend buying from this seller. I started out with the 4" pot and it has graduated into a 10" pot and is growing great. I get compliments on by everyone that comes in the house. More than satisfied ☺️
