Thanks to the previous reviews, I knew to adjust my expectations. This is fast furniture for sure but that said, it is sturdy, lots of storage space, and the quiet close hinges—oh my! These were nice, unexpected features for the price point. That said, the color is not as warm as it appears in the pictures, the assembly instructions were not helpful (exactly as described in other reviews), and we also had the issue with the doors mounting unevenly. We can live with the uneven doors since these are storage/placeholders in the office space until we discover the solid dream cabinets that will eventually replace them. Overall, these cabinets get the job done and look good doing it.

Purchased this media console after searching online for weeks for the perfect fit for the vision I had for my loft area. The console arrived in one long box, and was heavy so we opened and took up a few pieces at a time. All pieces were labeled, easy to find and identify when it came to assembly. A bit complex to assemble, not for IKEA assembly newbies! The pictures weren't super clear for some steps (I believe the entire thing was about 15 steps), but must've been good enough because we got it done with no mistakes. Slow and steady. There was a LOT of manual screwdriver work, and a decent amount with an Allan Key so my hands/wrists were pretty sore afterwards. I lie...my friend's hands were sore. I did a lot of the "supervising" but the little bit of screwdriver work I did was with the janky screwdriver they provided so my thumb was pretty raw for a few days. (Get your own padded screwdriver, or use a drill - don't try to use the thing that comes with it). All in all - I love the look and like a few others have said - the doors were the hardest and they still don't perfectly line up as you can see in the pic from the top. But look at the price! To me, it is perfect. Love the gold feet.

The second picture is of the first one I bought. The package was super damaged when it came in. As you can see. There's a huge chunk ripped apart and you can see the item is damaged with out even opening it. They've sent me a replacement. So, I'll review it again, when that one comes in. Hopefully that one is in good condition. March 13th: They were supposed to come pick up the original item today for the return before sending the replacement between 12-6pm. No on showed up. Had to contact support. They rescheduled it for a week later and have "escalated it in priority"??? So, I'm still waiting on a replacement... March 20th: The day came for second pickup. Still no one arrived. I called them directly and they said it's because i never answered the phone. I haven't recieved any calls from anyone. So I don't understand that. Regardless, why wouldn't they just show up and ring the doorbell??? They supposedly don't need me there(even though the pick up form states other wise, so why wouldn't they arrive regardless of me answering the phone??) Now they scheduled it for tomorrow. Ridiculous. Here's hoping they pick It up tomorrow. March 21st. I called them at noon and made sure they would be on their was, as I didn't want this to become a pattern. They sent someone. Who didn't need me there. So again, idk I needed to answer the phones they never gave me. I did recieved a second item. It was in drastically better condition. It's a weird material that scuffs easily. There were already small scuffs when I I pulled the item out og the box. But nothing noticeable so I'm dealing with it. It was very easy to assemble BUT I had to really really screw with it to get the doors more or less aligned. Still not perfect but not really noticeable. The doors don't meet in the middle though?? Like they're not wide enough. So you can see into the cabinet. It's not a huge deal to. Looking at it now that it's put together, I still like it in my living room. But I would not say it's worth the price it's at now. Especially considering the huge run around I had to go through to get it undamaged.

Arrived in a box labeled as "Cherry Accent Credenza" though I ordered the Walnut accent. Fortunately, what was shipped was Walnut in color. I used wood glue on all dowels and joints for added sturdiness. Assembly time took about 1.5 - 2 hours. Instructions are clear enough but must be followed carefully as it is easy to orient the pieces incorrectly. There were minor fitment and alignment issues with a couple of pieces but not unexpected at this price point. Finished product looks more expensive than it is.

This is a nice tv stand. I just use it as a cabinet in my dining room. It’s a little bit darker than pictured and the gold accent parts look a little cheap but I really like it. It took a while to put together but I’m usually pretty good at that stuff so if you are too then it won’t be a problem. It feels pretty sturdy as well. Mine it mostly for decoration but I also keep a few light weight things inside. It’s also a little shorter than I expected too. Overall it looks great and I can imagine it’ll keep good for a long time. Good buy!

Our box arrived pretty beat up but the product was not damaged at all. The box is large and quite heavy so definitely recommend you have someone with you to lift it especially if you have to take it upstairs. Definitely not a piece you can slap together quickly, expect to spend some time assembling it. It did take my husband longer than it could have because he made a few mistakes but we are extremely satisfied with this product and it seems very well made and sturdy.

This particular model has a sturdy base and body. The quiet close hinges would be amazing...if this frame could support the doors. You can't screw the doors to the frame because they are designed to be recessed. They include these blocks that are supposed to anchor inside of the frame to secure the doors. However the blocks are essentially saw dust, and combine that with particle wood doors that are too heavy for the anchors...nightmare. The doors ripped out of the blocks so much that we just removed them. Regular use of the doors will cause them to pull out the blocks or rip the hinges out of the door. The base is fine, but it's a shame we can't enjoy the finished piece.
