Love my gazebo/my new backyard oasis, however, a couple things need to be brought to light if you are planning on getting one. First, All my panels, the corners were bent to where we needed to straighten them before we could use them so the company may want to look into a new way of packaging those before shipping. Second, all the corner holes did not line up for easy assemble. It was a fight and struggle to secure all corner pieces. This is definitely a job for more than 2 people especially when installing the panels on the second part of the roof since they slide easy. Other than those issues, I love my new oasis and it was so nice to sit outside while it was raining to enjoy the cool breeze.

The gazebo arrived in 3 heavy boxes, but very well packed with wooden linings, braced with steel, lots of styrofoam and each piece individually wrapped. There was no damage whatsoever. I am very impressed with the engineering and design. The metal is heavy with what looks like a handsome lasting finish (powder coated?) Each part is labeled, and all of the bolts, screws, etc. were well-organized and labeled, packed in a fabric drawstring bag. The massive number of pieces was daunting at first, but the instruction booklet--all drawings--was logical and very helpful. It is recommended to scan the QR code on the Instruction manual to watch the installation video first. The installation will be more intuitive if you follow the video.The gazebo is sturdy and beautiful. The fabric curtains and screens seem to be heavy-duty. It looks like it would have cost significantly more than the asking price. Time will tell, of course, how well it weathers.

No issues with leaks so far with summer rains and seems like it’ll do very well with winter and snow as well. Roof seems very well overlapped and bolted down so not too concerned with wind or hail either. Lots of pieces not gonna lie, but worth it and great quality. Must have patience and two people building it .
