Our lift was shipped from katool. We purchased it from Motool. Motool has been there for us from the beginning. We are still in the process of assembly. I would suggest a good fork lift for unloading and assembly. Will send another review when ee finish assembly.

Right out of the gate, the manual is poorly written. Too much is skipped, there's no parts breakdown, and no specifics for which fasteners to use for each step. The manual skips steps/tips causing the installer to disassemble in order to proceed with the next step multiple times. I'd say this cost me an additional 2 hours and much unnecessary grief vs what could have transpired had the manual been written by someone whom actually understood the process . The mounting option ror the pump and hose yields a risk of failure when this could have been easily avoided. The packaging is solid but not well protected so you will get significant paint scuffing during shipping and handling. That said, it does work to raise a cor so just understand that this is not the best value but does get the job done. ... show more
