This is a great set of baskets! They arrive nicely boxed with everything included packed into the largest basket! I didn't realize there would be so many extras. As other reviewers have said, the oil mister bottle is a definite score--it will work wonders for your basket BBQ results. The large fork is nice and best used to stick through the mesh and lift the basket off the grill. Love the silicon brushes and the 2 tiny forks are adorable lol. Now I actually got my stand to work--make sure both pieces are facing each other in the proper direction, hook each stand piece through the closest hole to the middle on the basket ends and viola. Of course when it's empty its going to roll until its heaviest point is on the bottom but filled with food it can be evenly distributed so that rotating the basket on the stand is possible. But for sure, it isn't even close to being sturdy or trustworthy. Putting the baskets directly on the grill grates works just fine. The baskets themselves are well made, the mesh screen is fine enough to let even heat through and keep food in without being too fine that it gets damaged by the fire--the tops are easy to open but won't open accidentally. For optimal performance and longevity, I will hand wash these and promptly dry them. If food gets burnt onto the screens, a few minutes of soaking or a spray of foaming dishwashing liquid will be the cure. If you ever tire of using them on the grill, these are great baskets to make hanging lanterns with!

The stands are a bit complicated to use, but we took the cylinders off and placed them on the grill and moved them with tongs. The veggies cooked to satisfaction. I will order more for gifts.

I wanted these baskets because I had a veggie stir fry grill pan which took up a great deal of the grill's surface area and limited what other items could be grilled. These baskets solve this problem. I recommend these specifically because of the large fork that is used to turn the basket. I like that it is not attached to the basket. I studied other rolling basket designs, and the turning mechanisms, whether a clip or a handle, all seemed like ways for me to get burned. The clip that shuts the baskets is very sturdy. I'm pleased with the way these are constructed. In the box, one basket fits inside the other, so there is a slight difference in size between the two. The only thing I do not like about these is the huge assortment of accessories that come in the box. Maybe it would be nice as a gift set, but I already have tiny skewers, basting brushes and oil sprayers. To me it's just more stuff to be gotten rid of! I also cannot understand why the metal basket holders are needed. And a note to the manufacturer: when you reorder the boxes, have them correct the spelling from "baksets."

I do a lot of grilling, and it’s always kind of a pain to cook things like mushrooms and sliced onions. You can put them on skewers, but they fall off frequently and spin around so they don’t always cook evenly. It’s a snap to cook them with these baskets. Just load them up and start grilling. The stands are worthless, so don’t bother using them. They’re too small to hold the baskets stably, and there isn’t a nice, centered holes for them on the ends so they are unbalanced. Just put them on the grill. The double-skewer thing looks like it would be useful, but you can’t load them when they’re pushed inside the basket. It does, however, make a great tool for rotating the baskets on the grill. Just shove them in the end and twist. They also come with a pair of hooks to remove them from the grill when you’re finished cooking. The little forks and basting brushes may have some use, but I haven’t touched them yet. The oil sprayer is really nice to have, though! This is a really nice set of baskets. It’s easy to season chopped veggies and grill them nice and evenly with these. They’ve been getting a lot of use in our home.

I really like these baskets. first of all they come with some very neat high quality accessories. The stands provided let you turn each basket ( there are 2) into a mini rotisserie. I often burn shrimp or wings... not any more...put in the food, put on the grill and give it a partial turn every 3 or 4 minutes. Soon it is cooked with no scorched spots. The spray bottle is very nice and there are pair of small forks to handle shrimp and the sauce brushes are top notch. This is a winner...I rate it A+.
