  • Great Buy
Style: TV only Size: 75"
The TV is great. I purchased the Roku surround sound to go with it, and it is also great. The surround sound is really good. The speakers that come with the TV are incredible all by themselves, so buying surround is completely optional. I am impressed at the quality of the tv and sound given the affordable price I paid. The screen was perfect out of the box without scratches. The wifi connects well. The settings are easy to use. And, it is very functional. Highly recommended. My only complaint is that Roku makes me pay for commercial-free Prime and Netflix in order to work with VidAngel. But, VidAngel and google TV play nice with VidAngel on lower cost (with commercials) versions of NetFlix and Amazon Prime. Get this figured out Netflix PLEASE! ... show more

  • Roku Pro is the way to go
Style: TV only Size: 75"
I love this TV so much. I’ve been a Roku user for 6 years coming from a 50” TCL, so getting the 75” Pro Series was a huge upgrade. The QLED screen is impressively bright. We have five large windows opposite the TV and you can still view the display comfortably. The blacks are incredibly deep, considering it isn’t OLED. I appreciate the simplicity of the Roku operating system. So easy to use, customize, and make your own. This beast looks like a picture frame, especially when paired with Roku’s Ultra-Slim Wall Mount. Roku’s Backdrops app (which comes pre-installed) lets you have beautiful screensavers that rival Samsung’s Frame TV. We have Roku’s entire 5.1 home theater system as well. This TV seamlessly pairs with all the speakers in a matter of minutes. Our first movie was “How To Train Your Dragon”. I was smiling the whole time, not just from the character development between Hiccup and Astrid, but from the stunning picture quality, large display, “picture frame like” TV, and impressive surround sound. Roku’s new Pro Remote is a huge upgrade from the previous models. The backlit buttons is a big thing for me. Older remotes were plastic-y and cheap feeling, but this one has a nice texture and feels high quality. Also a side note, I hung this by myself. After drilling Roku’s TV mount into the wall, I was able to lift the entire 75” TV and hang it on the mount. Not saying it’s a good idea, but it’s possible. I also routed all the cords behind the wall. TV power, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Soundbar, etc. All the cables are invisible, which helps enhance the minimal “picture frame” style. Overall I can’t hype this thing up enough. It turned our living room into a cozy hangout area with a screen big enough to enjoy cinematic movies and video games with friends, or turn on Backdrops and enjoy a coffee with family. ... show more

  • Roku Smart TV vs the Samsung Frame
Style: TV only Size: 55"
TL;DR: Buy this — not the Frame I’ve owned two Samsung The Frame TV models for a couple of years. I originally chose them for the ultra-flat profile and art display features — and to be fair, I still like them. But after using this Roku TV, the differences are hard to ignore. VOLUME This TV is significantly better. The built-in sound has noticeable bass despite the slim design. By comparison, the Frame has almost no bass, and I often have to crank the volume just to hear clearly. PICTURE QUALITY Very comparable. I don’t see any meaningful advantage that justifies the Frame’s higher price. ART MODE This is where the Roku really shines. Uploading and displaying photos is simple and intuitive. The Frame, on the other hand, makes this process unnecessarily complicated. Both have light sensors, but Roku’s overall experience is far more user-friendly. PROFILE The Frame sits closer to the wall — probably about half the depth — but this TV is still impressively slim and looks great mounted. USABILITY No contest here. Roku is straightforward and easy to navigate. Samsung’s interface feels like it’s constantly pushing you back into its ecosystem, which gets frustrating — especially if you prefer using external devices. SUMMARY If you’re deciding between the two, save your money and go with the Roku. You’ll get comparable picture quality, better sound, and a much better overall user experience — for about half the cost. ... show more

  • Brown Spots, Sound Issues, Long Refund Wait
Style: TV only Size: 75"
Update 8/25/2025 - I finally got my refund today after contacting customer service yet again. Not sure if I ever would have gotten a refund if I had not kept contacting them. Just glad this is finally over with. Update 8/23/2025 - It has been over 2 weeks since I sent this TV back, and I still do not have a refund. I have contacted Amazon, and they just keep telling me to wait. I sent the TV back on August 7 and it is now August 23. I have no TV and no money. I probably will not buy another TV from Amazon again, at least not a big one anyway. Original Review - I have always used Roku streaming devices so when it came time to replace my Samsung 55" TV that I have had for around 10 years, I figured I might as well get a Roku TV. I got a good deal on Prime Day along with free delivery to my living room. The delivery process was fine, two guys in a box truck brought it into my house and left it in my living room. I got the 75" TV and it is very heavy so plan on needing two or maybe even three people to get the TV unboxed and displayed. Setup was just like any Roku device, just add it to your account. Some of my apps automatically installed and signed in, but not all of them, which I expected but still find to be odd that Roku still can't sync all that stuff. For the first two weeks this TV was amazing. Great picture, the adaptive brightness and motion sense, which is something that I normally always turn off, were subtle enough that I left them on. Then on the third week things went wrong. Let me preface this by saying I have worked in tech for over 20 years, I built my first computer in middle school, I know what I'm doing when it comes to this stuff. The first issues was the sound. I have a Sony sound bar and subwoofer connected via the hdmi earc. I would be watching a movie or show and all of a sudden the sound would not be synced with the picture, and I'm not taking a little bit, I was off by a good 2 or 3 seconds. Backing out of the movie and app, and then going back in would fix the issue, but it was concerning since it happened a few times in a week. Then on a Sunday evening of that third week I noticed an odd brown spot at the top of the TV. I changed apps and shows and the spot remained. Then I noticed there was a another spot developing below that. They were not dead or stuck pixels, they looked like bruises. I've never seen anything like this before. There was no physical damage to the TV screen, and even if there was, LCD screen bruises usually cause a bright spot, not a brown spot. The spots persisted and seemed to get darker right in front of my eyes. I tried to get on a chat with Roku support but no one from Roku ever joined the chat. I chatted with Amazon customer support and they were great about the issue and offered me several options. In the end I elected for a return and refund. So as if this writing, Maersk is scheduled to pick up the TV as is, with no box or packing materials in a few days, at which point I'm supposed to get a full refund. This is a super disappointing end to what I thought was going to be a great TV. There must have been an internal defect from the factory, but I have never seen anything like this brown spotting before, it is super odd. ... show more

  • Easy to setup.
Style: TV only Size: 65"
This is maybe the best TV system I have ever purchased. Less than half the price of Directv with way better program options. Very good picture and soundbar is worth buying.

  • Took a minute but it’s perfect!!
Style: TV only Size: 65"
Alright. I had this TV delivered 3 times. The first time we had the whole unboxing delivery. Before we could get the tv out of the box we realized the 13” feet wouldn’t fit our mantle. Measure for the feet yall, I just assumed it would fit—that wasn’t very smart of me. Thankfully they just took it back. After searching for tvs with side feet and/or feet that were 10 inches or less, I decided that I infact was going to get this 65” Roku Pro. I would just have to mount it. I initially didn’t want to do this bc the old tenant left his mount, and I didn’t want to deal with it—I also didn’t want to trust my brand new tv to HIS installation. I bought the designated mount for this TV and honestly I highly recommend it. The TV sits flush to the wall and it was relatively easy for me to install the mount myself. I mounted the first tv I got, and lo and behold, the screen was damaged. First world problems and all—but I was devastated lol. The TV is HEAVY and installing the mount and getting it on the wall was cumbersome—you def need two people to move this thing. Thankfully Amazon got the damaged tv picked up and a new tv in my hands in less than 24 hours. Amazing service. I unboxed and installed the mount to the new tv, and then made sure it *clicked* into place on the mount—it worked! Huzzah! Now to make sure it works—it’s perfect yall. I had a 7+ year old $300 tv that you couldn’t see anything on—good luck watching anything that was dark. The system was laggy, the sound was meh. This guy—setup was a breeze. It has all the apps/channels I want. The picture is amazing. I can actually see what’s happening on the shows!! The sound is exponentially better than my old tv. I’ve never had a soundbar but I don’t need one with this tv (not an audiophile so take that as you want). It’s loud and clear, and it even asks during setup if the tv is flush to the wall so it can adjust the sound settings. I haven’t played around with the settings on the TV, but so far, I’m incredibly happy. Oh and the remote feels super good in my hands. Much more solid than my old remote—and it charges via USBc. I hope this bad boy lasts a long time. I’ll update if there’s anything new after a few months of use—no news is good new tho :) ... show more

  • Great TV with risk of having some issues
Style: TV only Size: 65"
Rating 4 Star because I love this TV, but there were 2 issues I’ve experienced: 1. Speaker crackling (when bass/sub-bass frequencies play) 2. Live TV pause with antenna, did not work I contacted Roku support about the speaker issue to see what they could do about it. After a few troubleshooting tips failed, they agreed (to my surprise) that they would replace the TV, free of charge, so I was very impressed with their customer service. The new TV I received has no speaker issue so far, and the Live TV Pause works great (I will update if either changes). Speaker Issue: About 6-7 months into owning the TV, the right speaker started making crackling noises when bass/sub-bass frequencies were played (see attached video). It didn’t happen 100% of the time, but often enough where it got to be pretty annoying to watch TV. It appeared to be the circular speaker on the backside of the TV that was having the issue. Unfortunately, this speaker cannot be replaced by itself. Live TV Pause Issue: I have owned other Roku TVs, and I’ve loved utilizing the Live TV Pause feature by plugging in a USB stick. So I was very disappointed that this feature did not function properly on my new Roku Pro Series TV. Sometimes it would allow me to pause, but 10 to 15 seconds later it would resume playing by itself. Other times I would hit pause and it would glitch for a second before resuming. Thankfully, the replacement TV I received does not have this issue (and I used the same USB stick), so I am not exactly sure what caused it. This TV has been nothing but great otherwise. I can watch sports on it, play video games, and stream whatever show I want; all without any issues and great all-around tv quality. The remote is awesome, and the charge on it lasts forever (a couple months), so you don’t have to constantly be plugging it in. The picture quality is fantastic, I’ve had nothing to complain about. The audio is also amazing for just standard TV speakers, you get a lot more sound and bass than other TV speakers. Overall, this is a great purchase, and I hope they’ve figured out their quality issues that I had on the first TV! ... show more

  • Great Picture, Sound, & Operating System!
Style: TV only Size: 65"
I was able to purchase two of these Roku Smart TV – 65-Inch Pro Series 4K QLED RokuTV with Backlit Roku Voice Remote Pro, Dolby Vision IQ, 120Hz Refresh Rate – Live Local News, Sports, Gaming. I am really glad I did, I love the Roku UI, it's one of the best in my opinion. When I purchased these, it did take a while to receive them. Almost a month to be exact. The hardware of the TV looks great, you have a thin frame around the screen, the functionality of the TV is one of the easiest UIs out there on the market. Whether you are using wireless or wired, the connectivity is speed is on point. Sturdiness of the TV while on a wall mount is not bad at all. I was able to install this on my own, but I highly recommend you have another person to assist you to make it easier. I caught a great deal with my purchase, so the value for money is amazing as the colors on this Roku TV Pro model is amazing. Sound quality is pretty good for just TV speakers, I was amazed. I am still going to get a surround sound bar for more impressive sound. But out of the box, the sound is really good in my opinion. ... show more
