    • Arrived yesterday. Love it!
Pros: Runs as fast as you would expect from the specs (which is all I needed). There aren't a lot of "junk" programs hogging up the memory, and the couple that exist can be easily taken care of. I like that it came with a keyboard, a mouse, and some weird metal sculpture thing you can build (if you're into that stuff). The computer itself was well packaged by ASUS and arrived undamaged. It also comes with the metal side door installed, but the clear one is in the box to swap out if you want. The mouse has a scroll wheel and two buttons, but that's pretty much it. I wouldn't go so far as to say the mouse is excellent or anything, but it works. Cons: The keyboard is junk. I get that it is practically free, but it is still junk. If junk keyboards are a non-issue with you, then you won't need to go out and buy a decent one. I feel a bit bad about putting this in the Con section because I have a few extra keyboards lying around, so it really doesn't matter. However, I think ASUS found the absolute cheapest keyboard they could and threw it in the box. I feel ridiculous even typing this but the cheapness of the keyboard kinda offended me in an oddly deep way. Anyways, the only real Con I have is about Amazon's packaging. Like I stated above, ASUS did a fantastic job packaging this PC, but Amazon decided to take the perfectly packaged ASUS box and throw it in an oversized Amazon box.. with a couple pieces of packaging paper for good measure. When I picked up the box from UPS, my heart sank. The Amazon box was in a very sad state and I thought for sure I would be returning a broken PC. But the PC survived and was unfazed from being thrown around the inside of the oversized Amazon box. ... show more

This a great computer and it’s at decent price. I bought this and I’m extremely satisfied it can run games like fortnite, gta, nba 2k and even call of duty. Only problem you might need to solve is getting more storage because 512 gb is not enough. This is a smooth computer and runs fast.

    • Deeply disappointed.
This has to be the the worst purchase I have made. As soon as it was booted there was problems. It continued to lose sound, disconnect both the mouse and keyboard then the Wi-Fi card stopped working. After updating drivers,switching to lan (which it also stopped recognizing after a few minutes) and a few other troubleshooting steps it continued. Talking to customer service was no help. I was super excited getting this for my son, but sadly disappointed with what I recieved. Having to return this Item and get him something he can actually use. ... show more

I love ASUS. I have used their computers for years. I bought this computer for my 10 year old grandson to play fort night online. He absolutely loves it. The graphics are good and clean plus, the computer runs fast and smooth. I gave it 4 stars because the ability to upgrade the computer is limited as there is no way to install a DVD burner internally and there is no card slots on the motherboard to add peripherals. Obviously I can add external devices when he gets older so I'm satisfied. Good job ASUS. ... show more

I use the computer for gaming and will eventually use it for word processing. It is as responsive as a Ferrari, fast and smooth. this is by far the nicest computer I have ever had. It is no doubt more machine than I can use or in truth, more than I deserve. But I love it.

This is a fantastic starter to medial PC four any student. Although the delivery was rough I had to take it in to get a few things tightened up but it cost me $50 since the delivery was very rough on it through shipping.
