  • My friend was right, this stuff is great! Works on a bit of everything!
Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This thing works to keep out and kill so many types of bugs that it's mind blowing. Ants, cockroaches, bedbugs, lice, and tons of other insects! I put some of this stuff behind my sink and at the edges of my tub, as well as around anywhere the ants seemed to be entering or coming to often, and the stuff worked really well! I haven't tried yet, but I'd recommend making it into a paste as it suggests that you can do on the bottle's directions. This way the dust can't blow away or be kicked away as easily! Best part is that since it's literally just plastic dust, there's no reason for animals to take interest in it. There's no smell or anything that would attract them. Dogs just ignore it, and cats probably would too. I do want to specify that since it's a dust, it works best inside the house, since it might just blow away outside or (if a paste) dry back out then blow a way. Put it around any entrances and water sources inside your house to keep the ants out! If you use this to prevent new ant infestation and use Antguard (Antguard is an ant bait that's pricey but lasts a loooong time and helps a ton with stopping ants! It's the only thing that works for getting rid of them at my house) So, use Antguard (NOT pet safe tho, but it's a gel so you can just place it in discreet or high places) to get rid of any anthills, nests, or other spots of ants you see inside and outside. Then, use this silica dust around the house to keep ants from returning! Oh and don't get me started on silverfish. I HATE silverfish!!! They're so gross and freaky. We kept getting a few in the bathtub! But I learned about this silica dust and dusted it around the tub real well, as well as shook a bit of it down the drain... And there hasn't been any silverfish problems since! I'm telling ya, this stuff is great! It seems expensive, and when you pick it up it's super light, but keep in mind that it's just plastic dust! Of course it's light! Don't worry, you get PLENTY in there. I've barely made a dent in the amount so far! It goes a long way. ... show more

  • Bed Bug Extermination
Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Hundreds of bedbugs dead within a few weeks with this stuff. Exterminator wants to scam you $2000? Try this first. That was years ago, never saw another bedbug since. It worked far beyond my expectations, too good to be true honestly. I bought 2 bottles for a small house but it only took 1 bottle.

  • This stuff is magic.
Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
UPDATE: One year later, and NO BED BUGS. They are GONE. The Cimexa absolutely nuked them. The residual Cimexa I'd dusted into nooks and crannies even fended off the usual influx of summertime ants and other small bugs. This stuff is magic. You will NOT regret getting this to go to war against bed bugs. I recommend it to everyone now who mentions a bed bug problem. -- Oh my lord, this stuff saved my life and freed me from my bedbug nightmares. I moved into a small place where the previous owner either didn't know or conveniently didn't mention that a small bedbug infestation was getting started in the living room and kitchen. I found out during this time that I was highly allergic to bedbug bites, ugh, but had no idea what was wrong until I caught several of the little cretins. Having never dealt with bedbugs before, and after a few days of internet research that left me in terror that I might never be rid of them, I went on the war path. I tried everything: diatomaceous earth, spaying rubbing alcohol as a contact killer (that's a terrible idea, don't do it! It doesn't work and it's a major fire risk), borax, and every spray and powder in the store geared at bedbugs. Nothing worked. I trashed my couch, half my stuff, and prayed I could keep the bedbugs from spreading further. Then I got ahold of my holy duo: Cimexa, and Bedlam Plus foaming spray. I bought two containers of each. I sprayed every crack of the wall and every nook and cranny with the Bedlam spray, and then after that dried, used a bulb duster to leave a FINE layer of Cimexa all over the carpet, hardwood floors, and underneath appliances (a long necked bulb duster is necessary). The bites instantly stopped. Within a day, the only bedbugs I saw were sick and dying. In three days, I saw nothing else. Six months later, I'm still bedbug free, and I no longer freak out every day about bedbugs. No more nightmares! The key with Cimexa is to use a bulb duster and leave a fine layer. You don't want to leave a cakey layer so thick you can see it. It should be thin enough you don't see it on your carpet at all (though you'll see it on hardwood and tile). It'll say to do just that on the directions. That's plenty to kill the bedbugs. My problem was just getting started, so I'm not sure if this would eliminate a full blown infestation, but it would definitely help. It is worth every penny! Seriously, don't waste your time with diatomaceous earth. It won't really help. Get this stuff. Get this along with Bedlam Plus Foaming spray and you can stop a budding infestation in its tracks. And though it stinks, don't hesitate to trash your furniture if you can't find a bedbug protector for it. I couldn't find one to fit my couch, so I didn't hesitate to trash it. I had to throw out a lot of other stuff, too. It isn't fun, but the faster you eliminate bedbug hiding places, the less time they have to breed and spread. Stuff is temporary, but bedbugs are seemingly eternal once they've gotten a major foothold. Cimexa will help you crush them. ... show more
