Qbomb has done it again. If you are looking for something cheap and really high quality this is a wonderful option. This thing sounds amazing and has a great frequency range. I am running a sundown e8 and it plays lows like you wouldn’t believe. I definitely recommend getting this box if you are on a budget.

Specs Correction

First thing the specs are off. I measured them myself and they are 18 inch length, 13 depth and 10 height. That brings air space down to .94 cubic foot. Port is 3.5 x 3.5 x 8 which equals tuning of roughly 56 hz for this box volume, according to the 12volt.com for calculating. (I won't swear by that though since many speaker design sites seem to give quite different porting results.) Lastly the cutout diameter is actually 7.45. Luckily my wooders still fit, even though they needed 7.1 cutout. Next the packaging was lacking. There was no padding at all, just a tight fit cardboard box. There was some slight surface damage, superficial and not a deal breaker in my case but they took a beating during shipping. That being said, they are built nice, solid and the finish is a nice change from carpeting. I'd recommend some bracing as a simple mod, a quick knock along the sides reveals the resonance. My subtracting 1 star relates to the port tuning likely being a bit high for subs, incorrect specs and shoddy packaging. Overall I like them, just giving information people definitely need to know before purchasing.

Great box sounds amazing but shortly after I got it I realized I wanted to add a second sub to my setup but The mounting holes don’t come pre drilled so I can’t return this enclosure because factually it’s altered

Wrong tuning FQ, READ ALL REVIEWS!!!!

As many others have mentioned the tuning on this box is not 34hz. It is in fact much higher. At first I was very happy to have a space saving setup for my new car compared to my old setup that is 3cu ft, truly tuned @ 32hz. This box sounds terrible at low frequency ranges. I am very disappointed with that. Also being the fact I cannot return it I now am "stuck" with a product I do not desire AT ALL! Yes, it can be fixed with modification and materials, but that is not the point. False representation in the description will lead to more dissatisfied customers. I since have put my old setup in until I get a replacement for this box or modify as the wrong tuning makes my Skar EVL-8 sound terrible. Please, please ,please fix the tuning range and read the reviews!
