Description: The RG212CA v2 is in our opinion the best slim dual 12” powered car subwoofer on the market. This sub is a vented and more powerful version of our famous RWS12CA v2. The performance is better than systems that cost double or triple the! Our RWS12CA v2 is a 4.7 star product and we noticed one review mention that if we made a vented version with slightly more power It would be even better. After reading that review we decided to come out with 2 new versions. The RG212CA v2 is the top model and has the most powerful amplifier and (2) 12” subs built into the vinyl finished enclosure. Super slim The super slim design barely takes up any space in your trunk. Our engineers matched (2) 12” slim subwoofers with a vented enclosure and an amplifier tuned to perform optimally for this system. This model is only about 6” longer than the single 12”. So you still save a ton of space while getting double the bass! Huge sound! This model is like our RWS12CA v2 but significantly louder! It is vented and the amplifier produces more power. You also get (2) 12” subs with this model. This has enough power to shake your mirrors and be heard form 2 blocks away. There is also a built in limiter circuit that gets rid of unwanted distortion frequencies even at peak volume levels. RCA inputs and high-level inputs Use the RCA inputs if your receiver has RCA outputs available. Use the high-level inputs if you have no RCA outputs available like if you have a stock radio. Either way installation is quick and easy with this all in one solution. The Power, signal and remote turn-on terminals are angled which enables quick connecting or disconnecting. Remote bass knob included The remote bass knob can be mounted by your dash and allows you to raise or lower the sub volume from your dash. Adjustable low-pass crossover The adjustable crossover allows you to filter out the frequencies you do not want your subwoofer to play. Pardon the dust in the picture! I know some people say that's its not very powerful, I thought that too when I first hooked it up to my factory radio in my jeep run off of a LOC and then tried high input.. neither were very good for me. So I decided to replace my head unit and factory infinity speakers. Hooked it back up, plugged it into the aftermarket stereo.. and wow! now im sure you could find more power and better speakers somewhere else.. but for under 200 dollars? Its plenty enough for me.. does better than keep up with the bass in my JKU.. its an attention whore. Ive only had it installed properly for a week now. So hoping it will last a long time. This thing does have a very good sound quality, like I said.. for under 200 dollars im extremely happy.. that's a tenth of the price I paid for the rest of my system. It was very easy to install. Took me less than an hour to run the wires and Mount the unit with some homemade brackets because I do a lot of offroading so I wanted it secured. I thought it was going to be bigger, im sooooo happy the box it small and dont take up much room in the back. Very pleased with that. I decided to go with rockvilles 4 gauge wire kit, Altho I had to trip just a small amount of wire off for the positive and neg to load the wires in.the back of the box. Was no problem! Bottom line: so far im very pleased with the size, quality and BOOM. Super easy install in my Jeep (Granted ive had my jeep in a million pieces a million times so I know every wire and all the places it run through the firewall.) But all cars are pretty much the same. Im sure there are videos on YouTube to help you out. I was not paid or didnt get anything from this review. Just a simple and honest review. If it craps out at any time I WILL update this. One last thing: the single 12 box is only like 6 inches shorter than this double 12" sub box. For those of you who cant make up your mind on the extra space. 6 inches wasn't much difference for me.. Well for starters after almost two weeks of waiting I finally got my product today. All I had to do was take them out of the box and hook them up to my existing wiring. I opened them up and notice that the cover was damaged for the left side speaker grill. First issue. Hooked them up no problem and started at a low volume to make sure to break them in and noticed that it sounded like the sub was cutting in and out. Turned it up a bit more and both subs sounded staticly and like if they were blown. After looking at them and listening it looks like the speaker itself is extremely firm and isn't allowing the speaker to move up and down freely. This is extremely frustrating since I had to wait 2 weeks for them to come on and then for them not to work. Hoping that this company contacts me back in regards to a replacement. The first time I purchased a single 12inch and it was fantastic. Purchased this one and it doesn't work. ... show more

I had these in my Toyota Tundra, and it was way more than enough. Sounded like a multi thousand dollar setup. My son wanted some in his Honda pilot and they didn’t pack quite the punch. Great power, look is clean especially with a built in amp. Easy to use and has install everything is very straight forward. The only functional issue I could see is fitment, it’s not very big but it is a box so in trucks it may be difficult. Great value for the money great sound. ... show more

    • Weird connections oddly shaped
I bought this to try to fit under my seat on my 2017 F150 it does not fit not with the seat fully down to make matters worse the actual connections are on the bottom of the amp and sub not on the side like other models it's just a pretty bad design I don't know where you would fit this other than standing upright or maybe in a truck bed which nobody does ... show more

It gave me what i wanted. I hv an equinox and there is no sound in the back. Now there is sound . Hits nicely, sounds good . Just enough to enjoy. The built in amp is so convenient.

This product was a little bit of a headache at first because I bought the used version since it was $100 less and they ended up sending me one that only has one working subwoofer so i was disappointed but after talking with Keisha for a few days and after it was received by their returns department they were nice enough to send me a new one. Customer service was great, shipping was quick but the only thing I was disappointed with was being sent a broken item besides that the subwoofer itself fits nice in the back trunk of my 2017 Kia Forte and now I have lots of more space compared to having a huge one 15 inch subwoofer kicker.
