Ive been using this box about a year now in my truck. Perfect fit for my 04' Silverado 2500HD crew cab. Easily clears all the framework under the rear seat without any modifications. I replaced the wire terminals with screw in terminal cups because the press in type it came with because they'd pop out under hard bass hits and outfitted it with heavier gauge wire. Also the speaker holes were a bit small for the Skar VD-10's I mounted in it but some trimming with my Dremel and I was in business. Good bang for your buck, pun intended. I was skeptical at first but it worked out great. I packed it tight with polyfill to help offset the small size of the box and it seems to be holding up well. The price isnt bad so the modifications I made didnt add much to the final cost and I have a good solid box as an end result. This was my first downfire box but it sounds descent. Theres not many options available for these trucks besides a custom built box so its definitely worth it. Buy it, you'll thank me later.. ... show more

    • Low ohms magnets will need to buy spacers too.
It fits great underneath the seats and it's quality material. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because I had to buy spacer rings to use with my subs. I have Rockford P2 2ohms and the magnet is too big for the box dimensions by about a 1/2 inch. After I slapped in some spacers it was all good, but, know I can't use the grills and I run the risk of damaging the woofer cone because of how low the subs sit to the ground. As long as I'm careful it should be an issue, just wanted people to know if they have low ohm magnets, spacers will be needed. ... show more
