I have never installed a sub in any of my cars so this is my 1st. I must say I am very impressed with the sound quality and power. I installed it in a Saab 9-5 so not a big space and it is more than enough. Having never installed a sub before, I watched the videos and went to work. Everything I needed for the installation was included and it was pretty straightforward albeit time consuming. It took a few days for me to get the Amp set up properly but I took my time and am extremely happy with the result. The lows are crisp with absolutely no distortion and the car really thumps. Thanks for a quality product. I am really enjoying it and have already recommended the same system to family and friends. I couldn't be happier. If you are on a budget and want a quality sounding system, you can't go wrong with this 1. I have had it for about 6 weeks now and it has been flawless. Take your time with the installation and do it right is the only advice I would have for anyone considering this system. I did cheat a little and used a line output converter off the rear speakers in my car. They are 2ohm 6x9 subs and the signal I'm getting from them is perfect for this application. I am using the stock head unit which is why I decided to go this route. I couldn't imagine there is a better bang for buck sub and Amp combo on the market! ... show more

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my 16yr old. I worried my tight budget may have ruined his wish-list. Here we are, almost a year later and these have definitely held up to some abuse of teenagers! They sound amazing. It's honestly not bad for the price but from the video I was expecting it to hit a lot harder. The box and speakers seem nice and the amp is nice looking but seems to lack power. Packaged well, arrived 4 days ahead of scheduled delivery date, Rockville never disappoints me my home stereo system rocks so I've owned now for over a year figured I'd be happy with car audio system also and after a nice clean install and set amplifier settings to spec and broke subs in few days of driving now has a great sound n flexes my windows has nice deep bass thumps like I imagined....And would recommend it for anyone who likes jamming while driving all genres of music sounds great with this setup my brother is now interested in a new system also from Rockville I love the clearity out of the dual 10's ported box anything else music related likely Rockville will be my choice in future purchases they've never let me down this far in all my other choices of purchases.💯👍 ... show more
