Ordered 2 of the Punch 1-12's and neither came with there rings or screws like normal Rockford, but both were in new condition and my 10 inch CVR Kickers are much heavier than these, I'm about to hook them up and see if I regret ordering them * After installing 2 in my GMC Sierra single cab, they sound awesome I have only got to half volume so far and its strong and I'm only pushing them with a mono Kicker 250, and they need spacers in standard truck boxes, and I still haven't installed the 500.1 Rockford I got for these, its gonna be outrageous and the only reason its not 5* is the rings were missing and the descriptions didnt mention that although they were used at 60+ dollars so overall I'm super happy I purchased these, it's about the only way I would get Punch series is with a drastic sale or used, but the subs look new as if never installed, I'm guessing a manufacturer defect with no ring or damaged ring and the seller removed to sell as is, but should mention that directly. ... show more

Rockford Fosgate delivers with great sound with the right components. I have this 12” Single sub running in a ported box and the sound quality is loud and very clear. This is a high quality and hard hitting subwoofer. I really feel like I'm getting more than I paid for with this one. I have this paired up with a second of the same model and I just love watching the flex in unison when I'm listening to music. I listen to a variety of genres and they just fit each one so well. I get appropriate bass for my mood (whether that none or panel rattle). Of course these aren't going to flex your windows but they will definitely have people turning their heads and rolling their windows up when you cruise right on by. ... show more

Rockford fosgate makes great subwoofers that sound awesome, and are well known for that. But I purchased this sub from Amazon because it was cheaper than crutchfield.com but boy was that a mistake. I was skeptical about this sub being at the price point that it was, however i have nothing bad to say about this sub, the Kevlar/paper cone is sturdy and does not seem like it is going to be damaged by anything, the whole construction itself is very high quality. i run this at about 350-400 watts rms and it bumps in my angled truck box. i also have this sitting in the back of my single cab ford ranger, but im a small guy so it doesn't bother me much. i am running it off a boss 1100w riot monoblock which pushes 500 watts @ 4 ohm just fine, and since i have this amp running lower it is even better. if you are looking for a sub to not break the bank on or anything this does an absolutely perfect job. paired with the right box and amp it s great. ... show more
