    • Big hit with the kids!
Saw this first at a toy store on vacation in NC. The kids literally didn't want to leave the store bc of this and the piano. They immediately put it on their Christmas list and I was so happy to see it on Amazon! The kids (8 & 6yo) are definitely still enjoying it and when friends come over they play with it and think it's super cool! We bought the piano too! It's great it comes with headphones, so you they can be played without bithering others! Otherwise you do have to plug into a speaker, which I bought a cheap one off Amazon incase, but so far they like using the headphones. My only complaint is I didn't realize at the store the amount of wires, they kinda get in the way and make it so I don't really like leaving it out. I would love it if they could find a way to eliminate some of them. Also, storage, would be nice to have a case or something for this to fit into, I am storing both the drums and piano in a zipper bag, but would love something a little more functional.     • Better than expected
Our young drummer was extremely pleased with this product. Personally, I was amazed at the quality of the sound it produced. It was much better than I expected. It provided several options for modifying the sound of each of the pads. Bottom line: we had a very happy grandson!

    • Great idea...but it needs a little work.
Bought this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. She doesn't really like it or play with it that much. The pedals have never worked and the headphones supplied with the kit are terrible. I gave it 4 stars because I sometimes hook it up to external speakers and enjoy playing around with it. I think it would be a great gift if they work out a few bugs.     • It’s fragile
I got this for my seven your old grandson for Christmas. By the middle of January it was trashed. It made strange, clicking noises and would not work anymore. I’m really disappointed because this was not a cheap gift.

    • Perfect drum set!
My son wanted drums for Christmas. This is the perfect set. It is small and does not take up space and best of all you can connect headphones es to it so they hear what they are playing but you do not!

    • The jacks are lose and randome static
The media could not be loaded. I wanted to love this product for my 5 year old, but I'm attaching the video so that this review makes more sense. Here are my reasons for the 1 start. 1. The jacks wouldn't work at all to begin with. After trying a few different cables we had some sound coming out of it. Regardless, while my kid try playing they became lose and the soumd was not right. 2. The headphone plugs are located in the back of the set, which means it runs right across the drums, so you really cannot play the drums as the cord runs right across it. The headphone cord should be longer, or have a plug in the front. Same for the pedals. 3. The high hat (red pad) sounds just like static. There is no real sound from it. (See video) 4. When you play 2 drums at the same time a weird static sound comes out of it. You can hear it on the video posted. I expected just a bit more for the money I paid. There were several similar models I could have gone for, which were cheaper, but I paid extra thinking quality will be better. I was wrong.     • My son loves this.
My son loves this and my family liked his so much that the bought one too. My only complaint is that you have to use headphones or plug into a speaker to hear them. The headphones that came with it are not sturdy and they do not easily unfold. Otherwise great product with realistic sound
