Hello, I recently purchased this audio/video console, and while testing it yesterday, I discovered that one of the headphone input ports is not working. We tested the unit with different headphones and cables, and the issue persists — there is no sound coming from that specific headphone jack, while the other ports work normally. The equipment is new and has only been used for initial testing. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this issue, whether it would be a replacement or warranty support.     • I want to love it but the verdict is still out
I REALLY wanted to love this machine. I have ATEM switchers, Blackmagic does it so well, integrating my RODE mics with them for years have been a little tricky through my RODECaster Pro...and then this comes out. It is still having trouble getting me streaming like I'd like, as I am integrating it with eCamm and usually on either Streamyard or Zoom for most of my work calls, performances, events. This was purchased to help me share music and live instrumentation, plus singing, all at once. It is still not working quite right and I've had it for months. Still working on it, but major learning curve even when I have all of the other gear that has worked seamlessly for so long. Verdict is still out! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is one video switcher that has made my productions seamless. With combined Cristal clear audio, I can’t ask for more. The graphics overlay and other added functionalities, make this Rode Caster Video the best ever, at least for my productions. With this device, I have less to edit in post production.
