    • BEWARE Unsafe Scooter - They Won't Give You A Refund
This scooter came loose, loosened up days after their chosen mechanic tightened it, and loosens up all the time when i tighten it myself. The scooter does not feel balanced and sways from side to side when I ride it. I can't ride in a straight line. The brakes make a squealing noise and the handles are wobbly as well. They don't allow returns or exchanges - BEWARE. I fell off this scooter when I first got it when the handle bar pole randomly gave out and when sliding down. I ended up with 2 lacerations and when I emailed customer service they told me it was basically my fault for not maintaining the scooter. For me to have to take a $1,000+ scooter to a mechanic for tightening fresh out the box is insane. I also had to replace the steering damper because the one that came with the scooter was defective!!! Even with a new steering damper, the scooter still sways a lot. This purchase was one of my biggest spending regrets. There are other brands that cost less with higher quality. This scooter feels cheap and not well put together. Don't risk buying this scooter and stay away for your own safety. ... show more

This was the best electric scooter I have purchased yet. RoadRunner has the best customer service and they are very quick to respond both times I had questions. I was worried about the packaging being bad but the scooter was perfect with zero scratches and wow it is FAST!!! I recommend you hold on and wear a helmet.     • An absolute joy!
I've had my RoadRunner for six months. There are maybe two tiny things I'd change about it, but it has become far and away my favorite ride and, if it evaporated tomorrow, I'd buy another one tomorrow. I own six e-scooters and love each one of them, but 95% of the time the D4+ 4.0 is the one I ride. I love its speed and acceleration, its suspension, its ease of maintenance (like changing tires), its high stance, its looks, and its wide range of speed/power adjustments. There are three 'Gears'; there's Eco vs Normal; and there's One or Two-wheel drive. That's 12 different combinations! I rely on its keyed ignition to keep honest people honest while I pick up a burger or a carton of milk. What would I like? Proportional throttle and an LCD display for bright sunlight. Are they deal-breakers? Absolutely not! ... show more
