Huge improvement over the small screen my Rav came with. With the right video walk-through, it's fairly easy to install. Backup camera and steering wheel volume works. The only down side I noticed is the built-in mic sucks while your driving. You can hear just fine but the other person can't hear anything. FYI, you cannot be using Wi-Fi for watching YouTube or other video apps and use CarPlay / Android Auto. That's just how every system works. I watched "Nazarettos" YouTube channel to help me plug cables.

Upgrading from the small OEM screen to this Roadanvi unit is a massive step up! Just keep in mind that it does take a little bit of fine-tuning and tweaking after the physical installation to get everything set up right. Pros: The screen size is fantastic and completely modernizes the dashboard. Wireless Android Auto is supported and works great. The music quality got a massive bump—everything sounds much better. A nice surprise: the backup camera now provides dynamic guidelines that turn alongside the steering wheel. Cons: You can no longer use a wired connection for Android Auto. The cable only functions as a phone charger now, so you are forced to use the wireless AA feature. The USB charging port (phone link) is VERY slow now almost nothing charging the phone.

Instructions were okay, screen lags when I use android auto (whole reason why I got it) and my music skips when I'm using android auto Camera quality is horrible as well. Nothing good about this infotainment honestly. I would go with a different one or hope that they update it and learn from it

The factory head unit on my RAV4 felt so dated and this 12.3 inch QLED touch screen has completely transformed the cabin. The 1920x720 resolution is crystal clear and the 6G+128G specs mean the interface is incredibly snappy with zero lag even when running multiple apps. I love having physical knobs for volume and tuning because it makes adjustments while driving so much safer and more intuitive than a flat glass panel. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connect almost instantly the moment I start the car which is a huge convenience for daily commuting. This Android 14 head unit is a premium piece of hardware that fits perfectly into the dash and looks like it came from the factory on a much more expensive luxury vehicle.
