Before making a purchase, please watch more YouTube videos and do your own research to ensure that you truly need this product. I did my research, and I don't care how fast the CPU is, how new the operating system is, or many flashy but impractical features. I need a large screen that keeps up with the times and supports Apple CarPlay, so I chose to buy this product. I brought it to my brother’s stereo store. The installation process is very simple, but the YouTube videos available are from three years ago and are outdated. You need to understand how the wiring works and make appropriate adjustments. This product works well with my OEM reverse camera. If your car has this feature, you'll understand what I'm talking about. The OEM camera automatically turns on when you shift to the R. When you switch to the P or D, the reverse image doesn't immediately turn off but continues for 3-5 seconds. However, this product doesn't support the "delay turn off cam" function, so the reverse image will turn off immediately when you leave the reverse gear. If you're a deep Apple user, the touchscreen experience of this product may be a bit unpleasant, and you'll need time to adapt. Overall, this product is a tablet computer based on the Android system and is compatible with the Benz NTG system at the same time. Don't expect customer service to solve your problems immediately. They will answer your questions, but they are located in China, with a time difference of 9-12 hours from the lower 48 states. It might be more efficient to figure things out on your own. My car is a 2014 CLA45 AMG.

I wish I could leave zero stars to this product. I purchased it for my Mercedes Benz GLA250 and my fiancé helped me install it. So sound doesn't work. We checked optical fiber cables, played with AUX cable and settings, usb box, etc. I watched like 50 different videos of what could go wrong. Meanwhile trying to contact the seller. Its impossible to get a hold of someone because they don't have US phone number. I sent email, contacted Amazon but even they couldn't help me get in touch with support. I went on their website and texted someone from China but i was told its a wrong number and i should text a different one, which I did and got ignored. Somehow I figured the sound after playing with settings for a few days but it only works for radio. I can only connect to carplay if there is wifi available nearby. Its super hard and annoying to turn on Bluetooth every time I get into the car and try to pair it for like 10 min, and then it will cut off once Im far away from the house wifi... Very disapointed. I didn't return it because installing it was a pain, so I cant imagine I have to go trough that again. Plus , I still have hope that someone from support will contact me... just dont waste your money and time. DO NOT recommend this screen
